The electricity was out for a better part of the last morning we were there. When I went to the front t desk he took my name and said if I have any complaints I have to talk to you. I didn’t but after that comment I’m wondering if there is something I should look into.

The cost of the rooms during Sturgis Motorcycle Rally 2026, we're cheaper than anywhere else in Deadwood. Staff was great!The room was located right next to the top parking lot exit. We could see our motorcycle from our room. Big room. Great lighting. Comfy beds. Great breakfast options offered free to guests. They have working elevators. Abundant of parking. Coffee maker & alarm clock in room. Nice selection of TV channels. The microwave & refrigerator in the room were clean. Quiet area. The view from our room was of the top parking lot. We couldn't see Deadwood at all from our room. There were no wash cloths available for showers, no bathtub just a shower, hairdryer barely worked, no shampoo & conditioner in bathroom, room doors are very heavy and slammed hard, building's walk ways to different floors with rooms are confusing, windows were very dirty and nailed/screwed shut, no fresh air, curtains didn't close completely, air conditioner was extremely loud & only worked on low setting and tiny trash cans in room.

Perfect location we trailed our motorcycles in parking for the trailer of the bike and our truck was more than ample. The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean. It was so wonderful stay. No complaints at all.

This was a great location and was close to restaurants. We came for Sturgis. The staff was nice. The continental breakfast was nothing special but the attendant did a great job keeping everything stocked and ready. Our room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. I felt very safe here. We didn't hear a lot of noise. The price was extremely marked up.

Close to town and covered parking. Our room was right by the parking garage and motorcycles started up at 5 am. It was loud.

Easy to get to and the restaurant food was cheap and delicious. Beds, pillows, and bedding was bad. Person next to me was banging on the wall.
