Everything was great...felt like I stepped into a brand new house. Very clean and also staff were incredibly kind! That I wasn't staying longer than 1 night

Overall, pretty impressed by it. Parking is nearby and not too out of the way. The shops nearby are good for immediate needs for food and such.

Perfect for our needs and location

The breakfast was so good with a variety of food available. The hotel is so good and has very professional workers who always attend to your needs quickly. It's like home away from home. I think I like everything there—very neat place. Everything is perfect.

The heated pool wasn’t heated. The room was but the pool was cold

Great location and clean! Loved the overnight receptionist. The morning receptionists need help with their customer service.
-
The room was very clean and the manager was most helpful with our accessible room needs.

Now for the bad: 1. The service. I tried to call the hotel directly to see if they could accommodate us for two rooms that were different units. I couldn't book 2 different types of room together... So I called to book directly with the front desk and to see if they had any discounts... and she was rude and unhelpful - so I went back to reserve using the app. During our stay, there was rarely someone at the front desk. Not a huge deal, but there were two occasions that I stopped by the desk to ask a question. No one around. 2. Hot water ran out on us. I stayed with two high school boys on our basketball team. They both took showers that were about 5 minutes long. 10-15 minutes later, I jumped in the shower and the water never got hot- and the warm water ran out quickly. I've never had that happen at a hotel - and we all took quick showers. I asked friends who were staying at the same hotel that night - and they all had the same experience. There must be some sort of governor on the hot water heater??? We were all perplexed. 3. We didn't sleep well because the AC unit would not go below 64 degrees. The other rooms with our group had the same problem. I guess they've limited the units and the hot water for some reason... maybe to be "energy efficient"? All in all - I would not stay here again. Disappointing stay considering the cost we paid compared to other hotels in the area.
