Bueno en realidad nuestro viaje las expectativas que llevamos eran muy altas a lo que en realidad vez. Las fotos muy bonitas pero en realidad las habitaciones necesitan ser modernizadas. La piscina y el tobogán debería ser cambiados. En la información del hotel decía se hablaba varios idiomas y cuando nos atendieron nadie hablaba español. Fueron dos o tres cositas que en realidad no nos gustaron. En la piscina entraban todo el que quería no era solo los huéspedes del hotel. No había control sobre eso. Viajamos en familia y queríamos una estadía pasiva donde disfrutáramos y estuviéramos tranquilos pero no fue así. En realidad no volvería…

We absolutely loved our stay. The beds were super comfortable. Yes it's an older property but everything was clean. The stuff were helpful, friendly and kind. We had a great experience here. Stayed two nights.

Overall it was ok, clean and a convenient location. They had an extra 15 per day parking charge that wasn't included in the advertised price. Internet had frequent failures and disconnects and had to constantly switch wireless networks. Door card readers took a few minutes of retries each time you came back to the room.

The location Dysfunctional teamwork; animosity between staff, untrained receptionists: (Angelika was very nice and sweet), but the rest, not very hospitable. Unprofessional. Not detail-oriented. Found a hair on bed, Small towels, dirty common areas; such as the business center, hall ways, broken ice machine. Dirty shower. Managers and owners don't care about this place.

The room door was uneven. There was a moldy wet smell on the floor.

The room was clean, however, besidesthe water pressure being very weak there was no hot water in both of our rooms. The second room, I rented, the air condition rattled loudly all night. Of course, this started happening after we got in bed and being late, we thought it might settle down and resume to normal. It did not and continue rattling.

We had a great stay! The hotel is just a short walk from the beach, which made it very convenient. The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, and the breakfast was decent with enough options to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in my life, and I am a frequent traveler. The hotel property is not well maintained. This is not what I was expecting for a choice hotel. The toilet broke there was mold in the bathroom. Curtain panels were falling down. They have dehumidifiers running in the hallways constantly because they have leaks. The hallway smell, musty and gross. Management was absolutely awful to deal with. Because I left them a bad review on Google. They refuse to refund me. Do your homework and your research before you stay at this hotel. I reached out to corporate and let them know of the conditions of this hotel.

I reported the matter to front desk the issue was not resolve before I checked out of the room after a one-night stay.??? .....I should not be charged the full-rate for my stay

Our only issue was the door keys. It took multiple tries to get the electronic lock to let us into our room, and we even replaced the key cards twice and still had issues. We noticed other guests up and down the hall having the same issue. Maybe you need to replace your door locks????? Definitely would book again!

Room very clean and comfortable. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff semi friendly, didn’t make small talk but that’s ok. Floors were clean even though there was beach traffic. Walkable to beach. Will stay here for 4th of July every year now if rates don’t skyrocket. Thank you for a lovely stay. The pool was murky and surrounding areas old and dirty (gross). The bar was small and it was stupid that you couldn’t sit and drink your drink on the lounge chairs with them. The bar was literally at the pool! Parking was very limited and we took the last spot. What would’ve happened if we came later? There were cars parked there with no parking passes on their dashboards. To me they seem they got parking even though they weren’t staying there! It was disappointing. Parking should come with room fee. Those things caused me to give you 9 stars instead of 10. Please fix, otherwise everything was good.

Clean room. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Location is a plus.

-Pee stains on the mattress under the covers -Unkept landscaping - far from pictures ....almost unrecognizable especially the back patio. -Pool area- dirty old worn chairs. -Facilities had popcorn ceilings with little blackholes (possible termites) -Poor customer service from management -Extremely loud ice machine in the halls. The Good -Air conditioning was good -Distance from the beach was wonderful -They serve real eggs at breakfast -Parking was a decent price -Front desk reps were pleasant.

I was on the fifth floor and I had no water pressure or hot water to take a shower… I was very unhappy about that… The breakfast was OK… There really wasn’t a bar was just a hole in the wall, which was kind of deceiving… The pool area wasn’t very inviting… Wasn’t very well maintained just look like that was the only part of the property that wasn’t very well maintained… They had a sitting area in the back, but it wasn’t undercover so when it rained everything got wet… I’m not sure I would stay there again… Most places did not charge for parking but they did
