Exceeded expectations. We needed simple accommodation for two nights while visiting our friends. It turned out to be a very conveniently located, clean and well maintained place. 3 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk from several bars and restaurants. Communications with the staff were prompt and efficient.

It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach (suggest catching a sunrise or sunset). Can walk down the boardwalk and there are multiple restaurant choices. You can easily park your car and leave it if want. The pool is very clean, well kept, nice intimate size and refreshing after the days activities. I made a small request and the staff took care of it immediately. Communication from Tonya, was outstanding! I will definitely stay there again whenever I'm in the area. I highly recommend it.

This was my time staying here and I will absolutely come back. Carolyn was so friendly and helpful. The check in/process was easy. The room doors are electronic with a code so you don’t have to worry about taking a key with you. My room was adorable. Perfect size, clean, and had everything I needed. The pool area was nice and the extra amenities (beach chairs, laundry, grill) were a bonus. The location is great and one building back from the beach and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

It was nice to have laundry. The floors were dirty though. It was obvious after I moved the bathroom floor mat and it came up very very dirty. There was no daily cleaning (making beds or what normally comes with a hotel) or restocking. The place was decent still, but not what I would call resort quality. Location is key for the property. Having some vending machines would go a long way. There was nowhere on the beach side (where the place was located) that even supplied drinking water. The good: location, a refridgerator, a/c that worked well.

Can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay here - a little paradise. Loved having a small kitchen for essential small meals; the beach chairs were so helpful and thoughtful to have for those flying in; the staff was amazing and so helpful. We will love to return!

-It’s not on the beach, it’s a block away from the beach -We arrived at 3:30, no one was there at the front desk, other guests helped us and gave us “Karoline phone number” who was helpful -The room is small, very very basic with a stand shower, no bathtub! -The kitchen is very very basic with an old Fridge -Samples of shampoo and conditioner but NO body lotion or shower cap -The wifi is week, TV service was interrupted and we couldn’t finish the movie we were watching because of the internet connection -No human beings service at all, if you need coffee, tea or milk the guests has to go a get them from the supply room -We saw an alive roach in the bathroom -The pool is nice and clean but very small. -They have a note in the kitchen asking you not to leave any dirty dishes or cups in the sink and to collect the garbage and recycle and throw them out appropriately!!! -There is no lock on the door from inside, so any one with the code can open the door while you are in the room.

Room was clean and quiet. Comfy bed.

It was our third visit to the villa. We had a great time. A lot of cleanliness and a very pleasant environment. I have recommended it to my friends several times. Thank you very much for such a pleasant stay.
