Very nice hotel

We had a poor experience at check-in. We had been sitting in the lobby since 12:00 p.m. and asked several times about our room. We had been told that although check-in was at a specific time, they would try to have our room ready as soon as possible. However, even the official check-in time passed and we still had to ask again. Only then were we told to wait another 30 minutes before we were finally given our room.

Everything was great Lorena at the front desk was so helpful and assisted in every way. The accommodation were excellent. There was nothing at all. The beach seaweed but that's not the hotels issue.
