The location is in a slightly noisy area, but there are also rooms where the noise is minimal. It’s a very clean hotel. The staff are very helpful, and despite the issues we had, they assisted us with great openness and kindness. I would recommend it to anyone planning to stay there. It’s a good hotel.

Staff are friendly, hotel provides facilities when needed The place, the area is dirty and next to the train station so it’s noisy, also even though the towels and bed sheets are clean, the room itself needs to be cleaned better, like floor and shelves

The rooms were good, very clean and tidy. The bathroom was good as well! Location was fantastic! The value for money was not there. The room was so small that I couldn't move. Everything was good about this apartment except for the space in the room. I believe they gave me the wrong room, and I paid for a bigger room, if I recall! This has always been the case for hotels near the New Delhi Train station. They scam you by giving a different room that booked.

The local was very bad. So loud traffic throughout the night and it was so congested during the day that our taxi drivers were unable to pick us up. The facilities were okay - decently clean but not as pristine as the pictures make it. Breakfast is listed as an amenity, making it seem like it was included in the price but we had to pay extra.

Break fast was good and service was excellent, staff were very good and polite . Toilets were clean and up to the mark . Toilets should have floor mats both inside and outside and near the toilet door .

rooms are too small

The rooms are not soundproof as advertised. But it seems impossible to not hear noise in Delhi so it's not fault on rhe hotel. Just take earplugs and you'll be fine. Id 100% stay here again

This place is overrated and overpriced. The rooms feel like they haven't been refurbished in a long time. Half the lights in my room weren't working (one didn't turn on, one didn't turn off.) The description here says the rooms are soundproof and have a safe, but none of this is true. There was no safe to store valuables and there was lots of noise from the streets pretty much 24/7, also some construction work during the day. All the rooms open to some kind of atrium with an open roof, so you get all the noise from around. It is the opposite of "soundproof".

My room floor and walls were completely wet when I arrived. After about an hour of running the AC, the room dried out. There must be room or structural concerns.

Exceptional

Bloomrooms exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and always available whenever needed. Perfect location making it easy to explore the city. Room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The interior courtyard provided a wonderful space for relaxation after busy days. Highly recommend for anyone wanting great service in a convenient Delhi location. A few more selections at breakfast would have been nice, but it was very good.

Very good

Clean, comfy bed, nice design. Very noisy and messy area, not even a place to go for a coffee or beer after the trip. Good place if you look a stay for a one night, near the railway station (walking distance-10min). Rather backpackers place.
