Location only There is a lack of cleanliness in the rooms. Food particles and dust are everywhere, especially under the chair, center table, bed, and corners.

In the heart of Delhi 5 minutes from the railway station. Easy to get all over the city. Decent food and good service. Very noisy neighborhood…basically NEVER shuts down. Cash only. Forget about using a card for anything.

Hotel reception behaviour is good Electric system is horrible.. I have hanging clean my room in the morning & i came evening but my room was not cleaned . Very irresponsible they are.

It is near to the railway station. It’s is not worth the money. Room charges are high as compared to the quality of the facilities. The washroom was not good. Food is also ok ok.

staff behavior and location very shabby. geyser didn't work early in the morning as we had to cat the 6.20 shatabdi. not worth the money

Rates of the room according to the amenities is quiet high.

Rooms not well maintained. Room colouring, paint colouring quite poor, cracks exists on wall, paint scratched at 2-3 places needs repairing nd recolouring. Verbally I told at billing counter/reception. As above. One more thing, drain pipe also fitted in bathroom which should not be anyhow

Staff is very supportive kind. Location is easy to find . I can't complain about anything. It's my favourite hotel and and have favourite room there. I always get that room. With good price.
