The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They can also organize trips, which was really convenient. The free airport pickup is available, but you'll need to pay the airport parking fee (around €3–5). The transfer back to the airport costs around €8. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place.

The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. One of the best parts of my stay was the food. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of options. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent cleanliness, comfort, great hospitality, and amazing food. I would definitely love to stay here again. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a little away from the main road, so it may take a few extra minutes to reach. However, the peaceful location and excellent service more than make up for it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, great hospitality, and delicious food. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Everything is good except food Bad is breakfast was with onion and garlic. I haven't take in reason I have allergic on it. Maybe next time cheef prepare without onion and garlic vegetarian food ?

Clean, well equipped with all basic amenities, organized, very close to NDLS station. All Good. Probably the property can add the Recyclable slippers in room, And the fridge was not cooling.

Frankly speaking I was not expecting much for the over night stay in this hotel as I had to catch a train next day morning with my family. But the surprising thing for me was that the Hotel rooms much better than the photos shown. Exceptionally maintained, with good A/C, clean toilet, clean shower room, clean room with enough space for a family of three. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A great thing about the hotel was the food. My wife was not feeling well so we ordered some Kitchidi and asked the room service to prepare it without much spice (for a patient). They not just prepared exactly what was required but it was very delicious one. Other food items were good to excellent. The Panner tikka was great in taste. They also provide free pick up from airport. This is very helpful as you don't have to depend on Uber or pre-paid taxi. Overall my experience was good. And I have decided that I will be choosing this hotel for my future stays. I think the location is in Paharganj which means if you want to catch a flight then it is far off. But it helps if you are catching a train.

Staff was great, breakfast was really good. Quiet hotel and very accommodating and helpful staff. Location is not the best but I love tp walk so it was ok for me to walk to other tourist spots.
