The owner was abusing someone else in literal MC / BC terms and continued doing that for about 30 minutes. I also booked my stay in double sharing and they did provide me only one blanket, on requesting the other one, they refused that all our blankets are on laundry. But while I paid INR 100 extra to the guy at the reception at night, I immediately got the blanket. Can share screenshot of my payment too if OYO team or Booking.com team is looking at it (have paid to Ajit Singh Sisodia via UPI). The guy at the reception at night was smoking cigrette and was not having the courtesy of going aside if someone is walking in. While I went and discussed with him, he said, company doesn't even give us the place to stay, we need to be sleeping on the roof in the afternoon and at the reception in the night time. I said that is not my problem and then he started shouting on me. Next morning while I was on a call, some fatty guy with little hairs called me on local telephone in the hotel room and started shouting on me; saying 'Kya Dikkat Hai Bhaisahab, Aapko Samjh Nahi Aa Rahi 11 Baj Gaya Hai, Fatafat Niklo', I requested him that I just need 15 minutes more and he must have called about 3 times during that time literally shouting on me, the situation was if I would have retaliated, the scene would have turned worse. I then walked down and told him that I am here for a peaceful stay not for this, he said that you first pay and then do whatever you would want to. I told him that if this was about payment only, that could be done the day I checked in or at once while I am checking out, you suddenly realize about payment and started harrassing the guest like I am flying away is not the way at all. Overall it was a pathetic experience and I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel if you are travelling for a business or professional visit or with family. You can't have the peaceful stay here. It would turn to a nightmare for you like me.
