The room was clean , comfortable and very spacious . All the necessary linens for the cold weather were provided and the heater functioned really well. The bathroom was clean with hot water ( temperature of the water was really convenient) Their restaurant is well maintained , it has delicious food and a good variety of veg and non-veg meals. Specially there is a good selection for someone who prefers a non Indian meal as well. Their ginger tea, Masala Chai and Bakery products are worth tasting

We are satisfied as a whole! The hotel is clean and the staff iw friendly and very helpful. We had a day trip to Taj Mahal, organized by the hotel with Rashid with the driver Hardes, it was a very good experience that we reecommend.

Hotel Ajanta - New Delhi I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ajanta in New Delhi this past January and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish - friendly, attentive and the staff was always willing to help. The decor of the rooms and hotel was especially pleasant. The room was very comfortable, clean, warm and most importantly, quiet (Superior room 307). The on-site restaurant provided delicious food with a varied menu. Overall, Hotel Ajanta exceeded my expectations and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others. Special thanks to the outstanding staff. All was good

If you want to truly experience the vibe of Old Delhi, you must stay in a balcony room at Hotel Ajanta. The room is spacious, and the balcony provides a unique perspective of the bustling surroundings. If you look closely, you can even spot monkeys roaming along the nearby city skyline. The heating in the room was exceptionally comfortable. Although the bathroom is simple, the water pressure is excellent. Breakfast was delicious with a rotating menu—I had my first taste of real Masala Chai here and fell in love with it. The hotel restaurant seems to be one of the best in the area; though I didn't have time to dine in, it was packed with guests every time I passed by. One tip: since the train station is nearby, the traffic can be heavy, so be sure to allow some extra time when arriving or heading out.

The staff was really polite. The hotel had a colonial charm. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was exceptional. Lot of tourists come for dinner at the restaurant. Serve local and western food. The lift could only accommodate 3 slim people. The stairs are marble and slippery and steps are too steep at some places. The bathrooms need to be updated. The rooms were really cold in Dec/Jan. There are NO heaters in rooms

Excellent, service oriented welcoming staff. Hot shower was very good with plenty of gushing hot water. Breakfast was O.K. I stayed in Premium Room #315. Towel hook was too high to reach and no towel rack close to the shower. Also the toiletries were of poor quality- 4 small cakes of terrible soap and two small bottles of sub standard shampoos.
