Especially at night there is a man in charge of the counter whose behavior and attitude towards the guests is not helpful at all. This man on duty at night behaved badly with me. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The location is good. Near New Delhi Rail Station, and New Delhi metro station. And there's a market nearby, you can find foods there. I booked a better room which has a bathtub. But the hot water isn't stable. Therefore, I didn't use the bathtub while I stay there.

The room was dirty and none of the linen had been washed. The room had not been cleaned, and they did not want to give us a refund. There was no toilet roll either.

Staff at reception were friendly and available 24hrs. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. We booked the premium room with bathtub but unfortunately it was not like the photos. The bathroom was very old and dirty, with a very small shower/tub and leaking toilet. The air conditioner turned on and off but didn't blow cold air and we had to call reception to get hot water turned on every time we wanted to shower. The biggest discomfort was probably the noise as we were on the 2nd floor, with windows to the street. I'd recommend staying in a room away from the street as the traffic noise didn't stop for most of the night. It was comfortable enough but definitely not to the described standard.
