The room was infested with bedbugs, and the staff didn’t do anything about it. I was charged anyway. The management should be ashamed. Avoid at all costs.

Great breakfast! Clean and comfortable. Concierge booked our tours for Agra and Jaipur with overnight stays and wonderful guide and driver Ajju! He maneuvered the busy streets and made suggestions on great western style restaurants nearby! Our guide took excellent photos of us! Barking dogs and construction across the street. Busy narrow side street with lots of traffic!

The hotel is at the Central location and it is very convenient to reach to the hotel gate. Hotel offers pickup service which you can choose to reach at the hotel without any hassle. The best is staff, room and food at restaurant.

The hotel looks good on the outside and really fresh on the inside . As i walked in the neighbour hood I could make out this was the best in the area . The buffet was very very tasty and so was the dinner at the restaurant . I really enjoyed my time as this hotel was my start and end of the trip . Thanks to Mr Aju for making these 20 days really memorable for me and my wife for organizing a thought through travel itineary .

Staff was extremely courteous, starting from the front desk to the kitchen. To name them, the front desk manager Mr Pandey, the Chef Pankaj, Rinku, Joseph were the guy’s serving us. They went out of their way to see that we were comfortable and got good food ?? Every thing was good

Everything was absolutely great!!! I had a bad experience my first two days of my trip in a different hotel, but the staff ABSOLUTELY made my trip wonderful! from the front desk, to Mr Ajju travel agent who booked me a wonderful trips for 3 days with Basant! He was absolutely wonderful taking me around as a solo traveler felt completely safe and showed me around everywhere. Mr. Ajju was absolutely amazing and kept checking in every day couple times to make sure I was having a great time! The street the hotel is in is VERY lively at night! wonderful to walk around people are very wonderful and welcoming! They all made my trip to india wonderful!

Beautiful hotel in the hustle and bustle of New Delhi . Clean and tidy rooms with lavish interiors . The rooms have windows so it feels more spacious .The wifi was really good in rooms with air purifier which made my room feel like an oasis.

The manager and staff were fantastic I was tired my room was ready breakfast on roof first class it was so good I'm back on 7dec for one night before I fly home Nothing too complain about 10out of 10
