It’s in a decent location. Over priced. I when I booked, I booked their biggest available room with 2 twin beds. When I went there I had to kind of argue for 2 twin beds. They just put us in whatever available. Then they gave us 2 single beds (it was a king apparently). The bathroom door was so hard to open or close and also too fast self shutting, that my toe got hit once and once my arm got stuck. For anyone booking in the future, don’t book it with breakfast. Breakfast is overpriced with very little food. If you go out and look for nearest restaurants you will get better food for less than half the price.

Breakfast is not included for this price Rs12.4k. I did not think that is value for money. I paid the bill in cash when I checked in. The amount was slightly more and they did not have enough cash to give as change. I was told they will return the balance the next day when I check out. They did not. There is no communication between managers of different shifts. I was on room 108. That is directly above the restaurant. Lot of noise till late night. Not conducive. I did not expect this as I booked a suite.

Excellent location, very helpful and courteous front Manager and Staff. The Hotel itself is located quite strategically with comfortable distances from city center as well as airport The breakfast spread was repetitive and somewhat limited. Could have been better

Decent hotel, friendly (and smily) and helpful staff, well located, room with a beautiful terrace. The breakfast is pretty basic

totally waste too expensive and rooms are not clean ..the staffs are always expecting tips for everything

Everything was great. Only Issue was the attitude of Breakfast Server and Cashier/ on the reception (in the morning). They were not so cordial.

The Location of the property is very ideal and the area is tranquil inspite of being central A small effort to upkeep the complete asset is needed.

Visit New Delhi for a wedding party which was in one of the neighbouring hotels. When we arrived at the hotel, we were met with a warm welcome from the staff. The hotel has a restaurant and bar serving lovely food and amazing cocktails. I can’t praise the staff enough who always greeted us with a friendly smile and conversation when we arrived back at the hotel. Nothing bad to say, we had a lovely stay. The rooms were slightly dated but were kept clean.

The rooms in the ground floor were decent. The room we had on the 2nd level was below average , the bathroom was worse than a 1 star budget hotel , leaking taps , shaking bathroom seats, the single bed was two single beds wedged together and lousy mattress. My husband and MIL are not Indians, we would have 2 staff come into the room for everything u ordered or just hang around for tips to the point we had to just ignore them. It was embarrassing that if we were at the reception we would have to ask them if anything was wrong? We got charged 150 Rs for a bucket of ice which would have been ok if the service and the hotel were good ! We would have to ask them to clean our room else they won’t bother ! We even found the bills didn’t match the original bills , the only saving grace was the restaurant which has nothing to do with the hotel and the location !!!

Not bad location if you are for the conference in Taj or meeting organizations in that part of the city. Wifi in my room was extremely poor, needed to go to the lobby to download small files. Bathroom is in awful condition. No healthy or light food for breakfast and no ready to eat, all should be waited, and at 7.30 when they start to serve, they barely wake-up, so if you need smth quick - impossible- all should be ordered and cooked for you. No elevators. In general, the hotel is definitely not a 4-5 stars as all websites state.
