Staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help . Room was clean with attached modern bathroom equipped with toiletries and towels. Breakfast was great with many verities of dishes. Will come again whenever in Delhi. There was no tub in the bathroom.

Hospitality of the staff Mr. Ravi is superb, The location was perfect for all business. Centre in Delhi. Quite area. Clean environment. Easy access for transportation. The front officer manager and staff are extremely awesome. Recommend to all, to offer your colleagues, friends and family to stay at Sun Star Heritage Delhi, this guys are very friendly and can assist you. The food serve from kitchen are good. Mr. Ravi keep it up.

Interconnecting rooms handy for a family of 4. Breakfast ok. Small rooms, not particularly clean. Showers flood the bathrooms despite having doors! Location not great.

Just the location. We asked knife to cut fruits they gave us knife that was never cleaned ..it took us to clean kinfe for 10 min... all bad black germs was on. Under bed they have never cleaned so much dust. They are pretending to be 3 star. Staff need to be professional. And the control of housekeeping should be always. Amount of money we paid was 4300 night. Its not worth at all.

Big room with natural light; roomservice available; unlimited hot water Not clean enough (sheets and towels were with stains); the hot water was not not really hot; At the check-in the staff explained that the breakfast is included in the price but actually it wasn't. So they wanted extra pay at the check-out - the standard Indian whining for more money. The staff competence should be improved. About the location you need car or taxi - the area around the hotel is very dirty and uncomfortable for walking. The quality can be better for the price!
