Nothing Rooms have no openings except door, TV not working, fridge not working. Rooms are very small compared to the rent

The location is really close to the city centre and night market. We had all the facilities near us. The staff is really helpful and kind. The food is excellent and we had a great time eating at the hotel. I had to ask and pay for an upgrade in regards to the room because i was given a dirty one. The photos did not match reality. The room was small and not convenient for the amount of luggage we had. The superior room was better but still really dusty. I asked the staff for brand new towels and the ones they provided were "clean" but with stains on them. They could do a lot better in regards to cleanliness.

They canceled my booking before. They asked for 50% advance. Though booking was made for pay at property. Asked for advance payments.

Really good spot In Karol Bagh - but keep in mind if you're using Uber that they won't pick you up from the Hotel - thankfully the nearest pick-up spot is only a short walk away. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of variety each morning. Staff were incredibly friendly, and always tried their best to help out when they could. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent! N/A

when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that there was no reservation for me. But I could still see in booking.com my booking confirmation fot this hotel, I showed it to them and they told me that they had cancelled by booking and sold the room to other people for higher price. Hotel cancelled my reservation made thru booking.com, I was left stranded at 3am with nowhere to go

Breakfast was the worst not at all satisfied with the money they charged When you booked Ola/uber from the hotel with our hotel location on but the taxi booked wait for us at a faraway distance request to them to update there hotel location in totality
