I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, helpful staff, and peaceful environment. The location was good and everything was well managed. However, I didn’t really like the food. The food quality could be better and the taste was not up to the mark. overall ok

The room was dirty, not well maintained, there were power outages several times, there's no proper space for the shower. The ratings we found in booking were very misleading.

The bathroom definitely was not as nice as in the pictures. I had a package dropped off at the hotel a couple hours before checking in and when I asked they couldn't find it. I had to get the company that dropped the package off on the phone and speak to the staff before they were able to find it, which was right behind the desk. The breakfast was basically out of everything when I went down and the area was so packed with people there was nowhere to sit down. I chose the location because it was convenient to get to some sights, but a driver I had told me this was not a safe area to stay. The room had a window above the door, so light came in from the hallway when I tried to go to sleep. While it was fine for one night, I wouldn't stay longer.

Size of the room especially no cloths (cupboard) space. No exhaust in bathroom and water locking. The car provided for drop off was very dirty looked more like a delivery vehicle than people mover.

Staff was quite helpful . Breakfast was good ? The pictures of the hotel on Booking.com were outdated. I was a little disappointed because the room was run-down and looked nothing like the photos. My double bed room was quite small. There was a small refrigerator in the room, but it didn’t seem to work.

We arrived very early from Amritsar on a sleeper bus, and we came to the hotel to see if they would let us check in early. We arrived around 7:30am. Not only did they allow us to check in early, but we had breakfast included with our reservation and they allowed us to have breakfast that morning. We had to check out by the same time the next morning, but that was perfect for us because our return flight home was at 4am the next morning. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our 3-week stay in India, and my fiancée would say that the breakfast here was the absolute best he had in India! The beds were comfortable, which was great, considering that we were exhausted after jostling around on the sleeper bus all night. Whenever we asked for something, they were quick about providing it. The only feature I wish were different was the fact that there is airport shuttle service provided from the airport to the hotel but not from the hotel to the airport. If you use their taxi service, it is a lot more than you’ll pay getting an Uber. We would have taken the metro, but it closes at 11:30pm.

The property was easily reachable and had no problems with Uber for getting rides. The location is somewhat central Delhi and makes it nice to get to and from. If you are not well traveled you might be inclined to find a more chain style hotel. But if you do t might a little craziness then you can make it work well. Breakfast was good and had quite a few options buffet style and automatic coffee machine. The bed was a regular spring mattress. No pillow top but I found it to still accommodate my needs as I was so tired each night after long days out and about.

The Hotel is very clean and the room was good, I got one not very nice with a broken AC and they changed me right away. the breakfast was ok and it change a Little bit every day, the best asset of that hotel is the staff, super kind and helpful, 10 stars for the staff. Location is Close to the Metro New Delhi (yellow line) and the AirPort Express which is great but the walk is not that Close and safe, a Tuk Tuk always needed and this guys are always up to scam you. Always be careful. I got scammed three times if you can Believe it and I was "prepare" for it.
