Hotel Grand Plaza

I am writing this review with all mind free mind and a true experience, I stayed at hotel grand plaza in Paharganj during my recent trip and it turned out to be a very convenient place to stay. The room had all the basic things needed for a comfortable visit. The air conditioner worked properly, which was really helpful after spending time outside in the busy streets. The bathroom had reliable hot water, so taking a shower after a long day of travel felt relaxing. What I appreciated the most was the attitude of the staff. They were friendly and easy to talk to, and they tried their best to help whenever I had a question or needed something. The service felt genuine rather than overly formal, which made the stay feel more welcoming. Another thing I liked was the location. The hotel is very close to the local market area, so it’s easy to step out and find food, tea stalls, small shops, and everything you might need. The streets around Paharganj are always lively, so there’s always something happening nearby. Overall, it felt like a simple and practical place to stay while exploring the area. If you’re looking for a straightforward hotel with working amenities, helpful people, and a location where everything is within walking distance, this place does the job well. There was nothing I didn't like, everything was absolutely perfect.

The usual friendly staff members and reception managers (especially in the daytime).

Staff were all super helpful and polite. Food service is 24hs and the room was clean, hot shower and laundry service and big window was a point for me! the area could be a bit noisy but it’s not hotels problem and I knew about it so it’s all good

But the staff is unskilled ,un professional, no manners, TV programme was not available. Breakfast also set manu but no selection and set manu. Room service Horrible.

Good Location to the Train station. Room was nicely Decorated .. I booked this hotel on peoples reviews .. Which does not tell the Full story. The most disturbing part was that me and my husband had an early night at the hotel and were in bed for 10pm expecting to get a good nights sleep after a day of travelling. However someone knocked on the room door at around 10pm, rang the bell and just walked into the room!!!!!!!!!! when we didn't even answer !!!!!!!!! he said something and then walked out. We informed the staff the following morning and was told it must have been a guest going into the wrong room. But when would a guest have a room key which he was able to get into the room with? He did say he would look at the camera's but nothing was mentioned to us again. now the most worrying part is that our daughter was in a different room which we had to tell her to lock the door from the inside. and to only open the door when she knew it was us. This hotel is also located on a VERY busy road and traffic noise is heard through out the night. beeping. all night. Also tried booking Uber's however most kept cancelling due to the amount of traffic on the road outside the hotel and its closeness to the train station the taxi's kept getting stuck in traffic and couldn't reach us. Finally the showerHead needed a good clean. we booked three rooms and non of the showers were working as they should be.

The room was beautiful, the staff were extremely helpful and professional, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was so kind that they even paid my taxi fare when I realized I had run out of cash. Amazing stay. Nothing, it was great.

The location is not advisable. Street is pathetic with waste. No hot water in late night and in early morning. No break fast hall. Serving in room is not comfortable.

Absolutely superb staff and 10/10 Indians and international food dishes. Very very good atmosphere and cleanliness throughout. I highly recommend it to all who visit Delhi.

Very nice Hotel. Newly renovated. Well furnished. Very close to New Delhi Railway Station. On Main road. 24 Hours kitchen open. The rooms are very neat and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. We recommend it to All.Hot water 24 hours available. Nothing

This hotel is reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable but one problem i faced the check-in process was little slow

Perfect for travellers, as it’s within walking distance of New Delhi Railway Station. The room was cozy and well-maintained, though the Wi-Fi could be a bit faster. Overall, a great budget-friendly choice in the heart of Delhi.
