The staff were extremely helpful when we were trying to contact our tour guide. They also served us food when we arrived very late after lots of travelling. Broken electric switches in room - nervous to use. In the bathroom there was a hole in the wall and the chrome fixtures were rather corroded. We also had a cockroach visitor. I had trouble reaching the control for the air conditioner because the wardrobe was placed in the way. We didn't get any toilet paper either, but others in our group did in their rooms. My daughter's room had different colour changing bulbs in the bedside lights which wouldn't turn off.

Nearly everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. The service was adequate and the restaurant was plesent with good lunch and dinner. The buffet left a little to desire but the cake and coffee was great. At least the elevator/life works well. The beds need to be replaced and were very uncomfortable. The price was too high for what you get. I do recommend Delhi 55 for a short stay.

Convenient location and inexpensive. Helpful manager No proper bathroom - a shower that flooded the floor. Insects in the room. No change of towels, dirty corridors.

The hotel communication is excellent, perhaps a little too good. I got to the hotel at 5am, asleep around 7am, after la long flight. They called the room at 10.15 waking me up to remind me of breakfast. I stayed for two nights. Breakfast is next door at the sister hotel which appears in much better condition. Breakfast was good. The staff are generally pleasant. The place is dirty with a capital D! Mattress stains everywhere. Duvet was very stained and needed disposing of. (The cover was clean. There was someone's partially eaten curry in the fridge. Around the bed the AC control was filthy. You needed socks on to walk on the dusty floor. The reception area is also not great. Outside the same. The website photos look amazing but the reality is different. They need to seriously bring the place up to a far better standard.

Check in checkout was fast The room was actually of 1500-2000 but we were charged by booking approx 2600 per room ; the staffs were forcing us to cancel the booking and make direct payment ; no professional staffs ; acting like as we are staying for free ; not value for money , property photo were hd but actual rooms very very old and low maintained . I won't recommend anybody to stay in paharganj area by making online booking .

Cosy environment created by staff members, very good in communication and attentive at the same time. Food was good also in taste. Overall staff members are helpful. for me food seems costly. It should be costed little less. Overall everything is good.
