The staff most notably Mr Uttam Chauhan was very helpful . The property is run down . Needs refurbishment . This makes the stay unpleasant.

It was okay, just really dirty and didn‘t look at all like in the pictures. We had cockroaches in our room and it wasn‘t that pleasant.

The reception staff was rude. I did not get the room that had booked. They gave me a much smaller room which was dirty.
