Nothing much just that the price was cheaper than the rest The towels had dirty stains on it and hence I had to order a new towel by myself .. In the bathroom there was no shower curtain which made the entire bathroom wet when u shower .. the side table was broken .. there were no adaptors .. bedsheets were also very dirty .. Too much noise at all times one cannot sleep peacefully .. the door lock was all an issue they had to come n fix it very frequently n had to most of the times use their master key to open it .. they should have cutlery available even after the kitchen closes as Atleast if someone wanted to order food they have a set of cutlery n plates ..

There is nothing to like except this was the only well rated hotel near the place I wanted to visit. Unclean room, dirty linens and towels. They don’t provide water unless asked for. No lockers, which means you can’t leave the keys with the staff. And the staff doesn’t clean the room if you don’t hand them the keys. The bathroom layout is in a way that the shower water spreads across. Not so friendly staff. Also, when asked for UPI payment they shared some UPI barcode which was linked to a personal account and not to a company. All fixtures and furniture were damaged, stains on the floor, no control for the fan and the mattress was hard. There were some guests (some men) who slept with their room open, definitely making women guests feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Even though the hotel was not busy, they charged for late checkout.

Hotel location is peaceful and the security guard on duty was very helpful. Drinking water only provided when we asked . Only one time they given one bottle after we are asked. No cleaning facility has provided in our four night stay. Also bathroom has not cleaned. Not provided a single glass, plate and spoon also. Bed sheet has not changed still our stay. Not recommended for further stay. No pick and drop facilities provided.

1. Not provided any Soap or liquid hand cleaner in washroom.. I was call the receptionist after that they hadn't respond that's why i checkout the hotel before the time 2. Bed sheet is dirty and too much bad spots/ Stain 3. AC was make a noise too much and also was not cooling as aspect. 4. Hotel cleaning is not good Hotel kitchen staff is co-operative

Please improve your hotel regarding cleanliness and good enviroment. . Poor facilities .Wifi not working . The staff must be wear proper uniform .Toilet is dirty . Receptionist not accommodating . No sleepers for the guest . No available iron . Smell inside the room not good and also in the toilet . No toiletries inside my room . Pillow is untidy and bed sheet . Socket not function . The room untidy
