The staff was friendly and well intentioned. The room's floor was dirty. I shared the room with cockroaches. When talked about it at the reception, a staff member came up and sprayed some poison in the corners. The poison could kill a man, but not cockroaches. Bathroom was bad maintained and a funny smell was coming out of it. Hot water would come on demand, I mean call the reception ask them to turn on the water tank.

I recently stayed at Hotel Suzi for 4 days and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and even assisted us in booking train tickets. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
