It appears that this hotel is not used to western tourists and were not welcoming. The staff mostly ignored us and were not interested in giving any information or help. The sheets were clean but the bathroom was questionable. The lockbox didn’t work and when questioned they just shrugged their shoulders. The cost of this hotel does not reflect the value. We have since stayed at a hotel that is half the price and 3 times better

The property is conveniently located and the staff are friendly. I was massively overcharged for my stay. I didn’t realise this till arrived. There was no relative value for money. I paid about 7,500 a night. The manager compensated me by throwing in free breakfasts. The competing 2 & 3 star hotels in the strip were charging about 2,000 to 3,000. Because of the scale of rip off I investigated some of the other advertising for hotels in the area. I concluded “buyer beware” there is alot of misrepresentation in the photos and descriptions on booking.com.

Although the breakfast was mentioned complementary, it was not!we had to order our foods.Otherwise everything was OK.staff was helpful.

They were expecting us, rooms a decent size, very big bed Water only warm, not hot, room aircon didn't work, just a bit scruffy* (* copyright every Indian hotel) with dirty windows, curtains that sort-of work, a mirror cleaned only as far as the length of the cleaners arm etc etc. We didn't like the area - a bit iffy, didn't feel as safe as other places we've visited.
