Washrooms were good. Room was dark and filled with detailing and the entrance was shady. The door was wooden and closed all the time which made me feel a bit uncomfortable initially. The staff would lie on the sofas on the entrance which was very unprofessional.

It’s a really nice place in Delhi. It is close to the blue line metro station and the neighborhood is quite calm. Like a Boutique hotel. People is also really kind The bar service was a bit slow but delicious

The rooms were big enough. The staff was very rude and didn't give us a straight reply when We asked something. He was too arrogant and kept saying mostly foreigners book our place. Also the mirror in our bathroom was broken and he accused us that we have done that. Also one more thing they don't have a pay at the property policy so they are going to ask you for payment once you book them. They canceled our reservation and gave our room to someone else. Then when We reached the property they asked us to book a different( High Value) room directly through them. They are probably scamming/cheating people.

Manager and staff very friendly and helpful. Manager arranged everything for us if asked,it was a hearty welcome for out first visit to Delhi. They provided very good food for breakfast and dinner at very fair price.. The location of the hotel is very good, quiet and not far from metro.an excellent choice for people staying several days in Delhi. Nothing

The manager, Sanjeet Kumar, and his staff are absolutely fantastic. They are attentive and clearly care deeply about your experience as a guest. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back again :)

the bed is comfy. everything was fine personally the interior wasn't my preference and upon arrival i checked in first and my partner was late so the guy at the reception asked who's coming to stay with you is it a girl or boy. when i said boy he made a weird face. everything else was fine

The staff was helpful and very kind. We were hungry and they arranged for a fantastic lunch outside hours. They helped us arrange an early taxi the day after our arrival and even called our room to wake us up in case we overslept. The fridge was not working, but they repaired it within an hour. The location is good as it is close to a metro station, but it is a bit far from more central areas. However, it was easy to go around by metro, and the area around the hotel was lively and nice.

Hotel absolutely did not meet standards of expectations!! Family of crickets found in bed on day 2. We were moved to a 'premium' room which had dodgy electrics, no hot water and no TV. Due to the poor experience we wanted to leave the hotel one night early and find alternative accommodation but we're informed this was against hotel cancellation policy. The hotel manager was extremely rude and implied we were throwing a fuss as we didn't want to play the full bill. Whilst taken a back by the insinuation I explained that we were asking to check out one night early as we were unhappy with the accommodation, we had not asked for a discount!!! Our room was once again 'upgraded' to a room which had very weak WiFi signal which meant the TV did not work as it needed WiFi. The ceiling fan was wobbling all over the place in the room and the bathroom fan was hanging off the ceiling! Not a good stay at all. I would like some form of compensation give that we asked for a room with a TV and hot water. On one night we had no hot water and on two nights no TV. Not very happy with the stay one little bit!! As above, the facilities were incredibly poor and the hotel manager was extremely rude.
