The Location was cheap and the area was too bad. At that location people were irritating by promoting their room service the way they were talking was too awkward.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location for me isnt what I expected to be, but it was a good immersion of the local people because outside is the whole market where you can defo experience the hustle and bustle of India.

Breakfast starts too late. It should start early morning, no later than 8. It's breakfast, not lunch.

This hotel was dirty and front desk man was very rude unprofessional. I canceled when I entered. Because all photos in booking.com was different. They attached other clean hotels photos. Reality was so dirty and they lied.

I am very disappointed ?.When we first arrived at the hotel, the property did not match the photos. The name also did not match what was shown online. Our room was extremely damp and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The front desk staff member was highly unprofessional and disrespectful, pointing a finger at us and acting in a physically intimidating manner, as if he was about to assault us. When we tried to leave because we could not communicate or resolve the situation, he called another employee and attempted to prevent us from leaving by locking the door. If my son had not been with me, I do not know what he might have done. I felt genuinely threatened and terrified. I would like to warn others not to choose this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, hidden place away from traffic and noise, confrotable rooms It was a bit noisy outside in the lobby but we also slept during the day.

Hot water is working,they told me how to use. wifi speed is 20-30M, it was enough for me to have online meeting with for foreign country. (Staff answered me that information when I ask them.) Location is available from New Delhi railway station. ArtelSim does not work inside building,but it dose not matter that wifi is always working.

The location was perfect. I took the Airport Express Metro directly to The Delhi Railroad Station, then crossed over the station bridge and Main Bazaar Rd.was right across from the Station. I walked down Main Bazaar 10 minutes and turned right at the Jewelry store and then a quick left and was there. Very easy. No hazzles for first time visitors dealing with tuk tuk driver scams. Good hot water.

Beds in dorm dont have curtains and the bathroom could be cleaner

The staff were helpful. There were cockroaches in the rooms. It is in a small lane off another lane and cars and autos cannot go there. There are no windows. The room that was pictured did not match the room I was given. Not a good place for a long stay.
