Staff specially Manager Ram's behaviour is wonderful 10/10 but the room we saw on app was opposite...it's just timepass not fullfill your expectations...The mattress of the one bed was very bad. My family member had a lot of trouble sleeping.. The AC was so cold that I started sweating at night, meaning no cold.. ? ?

The property was a 1 min walk to New Delhi Railway Station so it was super convenient. - location on booking.com is wrong. Address is hard to find on map apps - power sockets and power switches/panels were either broken or falling apart - towels and bedding were a little dirty - price charged is different to booking.com quote - accepts only cash payment

Nothing - false advertisement of the rooms and services. It seemed like an old abandoned place, cockroaches sitting on your bed crawling outdoor of everywhere. There was absolutely nothing to like. Worst experience with booking.com!!!
