Amazing food and wines, wine tour was informative and worth the money. Spa/hotspring and saunas are very good in winter time, good rooms as well Staff told us to leave reataurant and shut off the lights sharp at 9pm not considering small child and elderly people. Very sad to experience such rude and frustrated waiter but im sure the behaviour does not reflective of the staff as a whole

- Good breakfast and dinner buffet - Friendly staff - Great pool area For the price we paid for the room I would really have expected a lot more than what we got: - The worst part of our experience was that we had a lot of ants in our room - The room had a really old heating system that made a lot of noise and kept us awake at night a lot. It was not possible to switch it off completely and when we asked at the reception for this, no one came to do it - You could see on a lot of things that a reconstruction was long overdue. For example the water tap was leaking, the window closing mechanism didn't work properly and the fridge they put in the room was very old and noisy

Beautiful and well-kept area, Interesting solutions on the beach, a large number of pools with water at different temperatures. Delicious dinner, a very large selection of tasty dishes, friendly waiter service and gentlemen at the reception. The general opinion about the stay this time is negative. This was our fourth stay at the hotel, this time more disappointing. Small, stuffy room by the pool, no wi-fi inside the room, poor selection of tv programs, ladies at the reception very unpleasant, professionalism certainly has nothing to do with the lack of a smile and nonchalance towards the guest

location shower was terrible. Or cold or to hot, not adjustable. mould or wax from wooden ceiling between tiles of the wall of the shower, anyway it looks dirty.
