Very friendly and polite staff. Hot baths inside and outside. The outdoor hot bath is open til 22 which is great. Peaceful location of the hotel. The only negativity was that you could hear the neighbors clearly.

The stay at this hotel was amazing. Everything was clean and cozy, the AC worked like a charm, and the water in the pools was really clean because they change it every day. I've read a bunch of comments about people complaining about the noise because the walls are too thin, but that's not true at all! It almost felt like there were no other people around; it was super quiet and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were great, with a variety of dishes to try. The chocolate ice cream was delicious. They clean your room daily and also change the towels. But the true gem of this hotel is the staff! Gabriella, the receptionist, was so helpful and her English was excellent. She always went out of her way to help us and greeted every guest with a smile. Hotel Barrico, Gabriella is a keeper, get that girl a promotion or something :) I'd advise everyone to go to this hotel because it's very relaxing and in such a beautiful and quiet area.

This hotel is perfect if you would like to spend a cozy weekend or more as you don't even need to go out during the stay. There are two thermal pools inside and outside which we liked the most. Wide range of food both for breakfast and dinner. Also delicious. Staff was nice and helpful. We definitely come back

The location was great. We loved the outdoor pools and the sauna. Food was delicious and a good variety so that everyone could choose what he liked.

Staffs are very handful and helpful. Location is great, quiet place. Food and service are perfect. Recommend for couple and family also. They have pool for kids too and little playground. Easy to find when you go by car. One thing...we just stayed for one night! :-D :-)

thermal facilities and sauna the 1st evening dinner... it was embarrassing to get cold sandwiches Although we got at dinner time. At reception they told us that the problem was our estimation for arrival time. we did not liked the welcome and the cold sandwiches.
