Staff was lovely, professional, friendly. Facilities are great. I wish the saunaworld would be inlcuded in the price. The breakfast and dinner were all delicious and a wide range of dishes were presented. NA

The spa, the pools, especially the breakfast. The price! The location, there is no parking on weekends, the walk from the lower parking lot is long and difficult.

This hotel is connected to a large spa and is located about 400–500 meters from the bus stop. However, getting to the hotel front desk was quite difficult. Since guests were not allowed to go through the spa and use the elevator, I either had to climb the equivalent of 7 or 8 flights of stairs or walk an extra kilometer uphill. This was quite inconvenient, especially when traveling with luggage.

great place to spend a relaxing spa day, variety of pools and saunas, very comfortable room and facilities, views from hotel are great, food (breakfast and dinner) is very good, free parking just down the hill from hotel (2-3 minutes walk) staff is also very professional sauna access is paid extra, the waiter automatically adds a 10% tip to your drinks in the evening, there is a bit of an old-ish smell and feeling in some parts of the room and some pools (pictures look excellent, but it is not a 100% match with today's actual state), many customers park their cars in front/just outside of the hotel which is apparently tolerated, although signs clearly show that this is forbidden making pedestrian access a bit annoying

    Pillow was way too big.

Cleanliness has to step up from 3 star to the claimed 5* Facilities are old and not take care of some outdated

Inside lounge zone was dirty. Children swimming pool was closed the next day after our arrival, loud maintenance works started in a big swimming pool (no one told us in advance about such inconveniences). Be aware that drinking bottled water is very expensive in mini bar and no shops in walking distance (just take water with you).

The food. Bith of us me and my husband got food poisoning after the dinner which was served in buffet style.overcrowded restaurants, u have to make reseravtion for the dinner which is offer in 2 time slots. Half of the restaursnt is closed the tabels are taken and overcroweded. The food ,the oil they do the deep frying was really bad and old oil. Lot of food offered in feep fried way, and thats the worst with the used old oil. The night after dinner was a nightmare for bith of us. I wish the hotel would be more careful with their food choices and quality check. The experience of the thermal bath was so worth but the food and restaurant experience is a disaster.it is not worth the money u have to pay for the stay , the food is overrated

I liked the extended hours and the pool was clean I observed twice that at breakfast and dinner, people used their hands to grab bread, fruit and even the shaved almonds that was there for soup. So disrespectful and disgusting.

Nice location and the sauna seances were very nice. They are trying to squeeze out as much money as possible. You have to pay for parking on the hotel level, for using the saunas and definitely over pay for food and drinks. We paid for a room with a view over the salt hill but we have mostly seen trees. The spa is not well maintained, and the amenities are old and no fun. The staff is usually rude.

The water in the swimming pool is so dirty

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

Clean and modern rooms and very nice variety of pools. Food quite nice and restaurant ambiance as well Sauna side is rather modest .. basic facilities . Sauna master Eva was very good though .. Also, having half board included it was quite bitter to see that no drinks, not even tap water would be complimentary with dinner .. quite salty ?

    - great location - very good pools, clean and spacious - very bad food in dining room. Really disappointing. Cold, and simply not tasty. Had to go to restaurants nearby which were amazing - no air conditioning in the gym (!), and it was 33 degrees - 2 of 4 elevators not working our whole stay (5 nights) - if you want to stay a bit longer they force you to buy an experience ticket and get it like an external guest, not taking into account you’ve been thrrr a whole week - you need to tell them to clean your room(!) - staff hardly speaks English
