Clean room, comfortable and great location!

Clean room and great views !

You only get 30 min of free internet and there was no fridge or microwave in your room. Room was clean.

Love the location you can feel the breeze and the rippling sound of the river. However the amenities are not so great, there is fridge and microwave.

Experience was good, very quiet property with river flowing in the backyard.

It’s hard to find somewhere to stay at a reasonable price in the area! Better than a ‘motel’ but definitely not luxury. This hotel is not ideal for older people with limited mobility. The front desk staff was very sweet and assisted with bags, the Thai food truck was AMAZING. The biggest issue was the sewage smell- the water coming out of the bathroom sink and shower smelled horrible, like a funk almost. Really just a decent place to sleep.

Carpet in room was dirty and old. Sink was clogged. Water was murky, not drinkable. No internet connection. Loud train going by in middle of night with horns blasting. Not so friendly staff. Basically an expensive Motel 6! Do not recommend!

Overall good experience. Helpful staff. They have 2 food truck right outside which are open till 10 AM. Go for Thai food, Chinese food wasn't up to the mark (at tht price)

It was not the best but definitely not the worst. The room functioned well, but the water just stunk of soured mud. Other than that, we didn't have a big problem. It just wasn't our fave.

Felt this was taking advantage of tourist traffic - with not a care about repeat business Very disappointed

I love how our room opened up onto the river, the view was gorgeous off the balcony. The wifi situation was a little complicated and expensive. The parking was tight too. Had to park far away from the room a couple times. But overall great experience and Niall from the Univ of China is doing a great job cleaning the rooms.

The staff was friendly and very helpful the rooms were clean. Oh the view of the river and the train coming through was just outstanding!There was no fridge or microwave in the room. The laundry room had issues, with both the washers and dryers. I would stay there again!

Clean and nice rooms, the views off the balcony were great.

I liked the river going by. I did not like that the internet was not free.

The bathroom needed maintenance. The drywall was partially patched but not sanded nor painted. Missing caulk. There was a small coffee pot but no refrigerator nor microwave. No extra chairs in the room. Very basic.

Grizzly Bear Resort is authentic with beautiful surroundings and views. We had a great time staying here.

No free wifi, old carpet, water smells

Beautiful view of the river. Staff was not very friendly. Bring your own coffee...coffee in room is terrible. Also, quite loud....you hear every footstep outside your room and above you....and lots of road noise.
