Location was poor, very little in the area. Beach about 15-20 minute walk. Most restaurants and shopping a taxi ride away. It seems the property has been used in the past as perhaps permanent guests or long stays. Electric hotplate provided. However basic bathroom facilities were not apart from small bath towel.

The location.

Nice small hotel, clean and cosy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty, quality breakfast (no buffet), good room service, excellent prices. You can fill your own water bottle at the reception. Spacious rooms with balcony/terrace, excellent beds, flat screen with streaming services, good free WiFi, fridge, small electronic safe box and some kitchen appliances. Distance to the beach (I mean a clean beach with decent facilities) is much, much bigger than stated on Booking, more like 1,5 km/1 mile. So if you are like me a beach lover, not a pool potato, you'll need transportation, especially with (small) kids.

Clean, off from the road so it was quiet The buildings old, and there was a very strong moldy smell in the room

Really bad Wi fi

The room was large, clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were great and the breakfast was excellent. The en-suite bathroom was a poor cousin to the room itself, the toilet leaked and the finishes really need a refresh. The pool was very clean and looked amazing but I think this was because few people used it because the water is warm! The gardens and lawns were a little run down too. This place could be a lot better with a bit of work.
-
Large room and big breakfast (for Bali) It is a little bit far from the main town, but you can rent a scooter at the reception or use Grab.

Main road is nearby.

The room was spacious. The rundown bathroom
-
Very friendly staff. The on-site cafe is extremely convenient, and it’s within walking distance to the beachfront.

Beautiful property.

I love my stay in Sanur Lodge. The room is quite spacious and clean. Staff is good and responsive. There was a woman called Mama (i was told it's her real name), she treated us with so much care! Location is near main road but it's still quiet. Pool is great! It's a bit far from sea but still walkable (about 15-20 min). Don't leave the food on the table or you're gonna have ants everywhere (my fault).

I stayed for almost a month at Sanur Lodge. The rooms are good sized with a small kitchenette (small fridge and hot plate). The beds are comfortable enough and some rooms have good quality pillows.
-
Very pretty property, nice staff, very nice room, good price. It’s set back from a big road but you don’t hear or see anything. Would definitely stay there again. Nothing
