Puri Mesari Hotel

Every night cockroaches were visiting my room. In particular, the garbage bin as the door gap is big. The bed mattress is like a brick. The shower head was not working properly. No water was provided in the room. You need to go to the restaurant to pour yourself some water. No small towels. I am happy I didn't take breakfast as the restaurant looks like a canteen facing a swimming pool. All my breakfasts I had in a restaurant of other hotel with a nice sitting area. Some staff were acting a bit strange. Once I checked in a lady accompanied me to the room and was telling me briefly about the hotel and facilitaties. For some reason, she was not looking in my eye or face. I honestly thought she was blind. One day, I dropped my wallet in a nearby spa in other hotel so I asked our receptionist to call the police as I thought I lost it on our property. Well, she called everywhere but the police. Trying to get rid of me to not damage hotel's reputation. Overall, for the price I paid in Sanur, I was expecting a more pleasant stay.

For surfers the location is perfect. A 5 min walk to Mesarati Beach, where the boats leave. Down there are restaurants and one convinient store with reasonable pricing. If you like your privacy, this is tricky. I thought i had booked a room on the second level, but I received one on the first level. This is the one with outside bathroom (and yes, the neighbouring houses do have windows), the room has windows to every side, which could be nice, if that didnt mean, literally everyone passing or sitting on their veranda can look in. I had my curtains shut at all times, which made it not do nice. Also, they could have filled up the complimentary water jar before. But the later wasn't an issue. But if you don't mind the privacy issue, the hotel is just fine.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the pool area was excellent, surrounded by a well-kept garden full of greenery. Bonus points for the kitchen staff, who went out of their way to prepare custom tofu dishes for us. The restaurant menu has limited vegetarian options by default, but luckily the staff made an effort to accommodate us.

Property was well maintained and clean. Pool and amenities were amazing including restaurant, spa, and laundry on site.

Great stay. Clean. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Nice quiet location close enough to shops and restaurants and beaches.

The pool is big enough and there are lots of water features in the shared areas. Overpriced food in the restaurant I didn't particularly liked sanur but at least the accommodation is a little tucked away which helps!

There’s a peace and calm to the property. When you arrive the reception is located above the facilities and you get a beautiful outlook to it. The paths to the rooms are separated by water ways and a beautiful garden. The pool is beautiful and the restaurant is decent. Received a massage while I checked in early and waited for my room to be ready. The room is and bathroom are a great size and the bath is huge. Both very clean and comfortable The team working there are really attentive and super kind. I would definitely stay there again and longer next time

This place is a total Gem. It feels like a magical oasis and the energy there is so light and peaceful. The pool is wonderful for lounging in and for kids as there is a large shallow area shaded by a tree so you can spend hours in there without worrying about getting burnt. The rooms are beautiful, clean and light with a huge comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom with a huge tub. The staff are so lovely and kind and the restaurant has lots of delicious options. The hotel is perfectly located. It feels quiet and peaceful, tucked away from all the hustle and bustle but is also only 5 minutes walk to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and cafe options. This is our new go to place in Sanur. Also there is a little play room so doubly good if you have small kids. There is nothing we didn’t like about this place.

The hotel, the staff and the food are excellent. It is a friendly and quiet place to stay with a lively pool and very caring and welcoming staff. This is my third stay at the hotel and I would come again and recommend it to family and friends Nothing

A quick stop over on the way to North Bali this hotel is very well priced and the staff amazing and helpful. Rooms are big and clean.

Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful pool and gardens. Lovely small, friendly quiet hotel. Spotless. Water tank also available to refill drink bottles (instead of having to buy in plastic bottles). I really appreciated this. I’ll be booking my next stay here A little walk to main restaurant area. But it’s easy to get around with bicycles or scooter, so not really a problem
