We had the appartment and it was much more spacious than expected. Also very clean and all the utilities as well. The appartment is only accessible by stairs. Breakfasts is okay could be better.

The photographs actually exceed reality. The room was super old and poorly maintained, the staff was not very nice, they were bored every time we looked for them. Very slow and basic breakfast service.

Great value, quiet and away from all the tourist traps. Right next to the kite flying area which was very colorful. Real local vibe. Needs bedside lamps. A bit run down but clean and well run.

Convenient to the beach. Pool was outside my door. Can’t go wrong. I was very happy with service provided. This hotel is definitely value for a good stay.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very run down and in need of upgrading. Toilet leaked, shower blocked, fridge worked but freezer compacted and unusable. Nowhere to put wet towels.

Nothing - covered in mould sheets were stained and see through. Shower drain was blocked with hair so I didn’t shower toilet was not clean at all only stayed one night and left Pictures very deceiving Not run by true Balinese people Everything

It’s easy to get to, and pay for what you get! It’s better than any lower star hotel or hostel. If you want to pay super low price, then this would probably be ok! The bedroom was in good condition. The hotel and rooms in general are fairly rundown and some listed pics do not represent how the hotel actually is. The bathroom in particular was quite run down and old, the shower just trickles water. Pool looks unswimable.

Lovely setting, friendly staff. Rising damp in the walls. Paint is flaking off. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Couldn't shut the doors of the cupboards. The door knob on the bathroom felt like it was about to fall off. Liked the place and staff, but it really needs a good paint job and some love. Didn't go in the swimming pool because the water was cloudy. Lawns needed mowing.

Close enough to walk to developed parts of Sanur Beach, yet away from the tourist traffic.
