a resort at an affordable price. Beautiful room and garden, well maintained, lush with tropical plants, frangipanies, bougainvilleas, large pool and private pool, friendly staff and i enjoyed a Balinese breakfast i think everthing was perfect. The curtains in the room need a wash though

Nice and quiet great people Just a bit out of Sanur but the transport runs into Sanur

Gardens, bed was comfortable, shuttle to supermarket too far from everything,mosquitoes,water pressure in shower ,using a torch to find light switches as room was dark,getting a shock from power socket, losing power for half the night

The complex is set amongst a landscape of lovely trees and bushes. The atmosphere is very relaxed with two decent sized pools for swimming or relaxing. The staff are exceptional. As a guest you are made to feel at home - very comfortable. The accommodation is spacious, enchanting with daily room service. Shuttle service to Sanur centre - very convenient. Nothing is too much trouble. I am not intending to criticize anything. One travels to experience a different culture and to enjoy new scenery. Everything was lovely.

It was a pleasant stay! The breakfast was very good! Hotel has 2 swimming pools! The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any request!

The staff is so lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had our own spacious outdoor living area. They also have a free shuttle service to take you/pick up from shops. Loved it

I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff were. The room was nice for the price. They gave me room service even after the restaurant was closed. I didn’t like that that hot water didn’t work. They were unable to fix during the 2 nights I was staying.

This place is heaven. Beautiful and peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of Sanur. Fantastic and welcoming staff, great food, and pure relaxation. The WiFi could have been a little better but just a minor thing

The team and the staff. Absolutely crazy how people are so nice and smiling. Helpful and always so nice. Crazy good. My trip was close to perfection. Definitely worth the price. Not enough breakfast fruit juice choices

I loved the room and the private pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really loved the breakfasts, they were all delicious! I would not say they have a spa. It is an enclosed outdoor room with a fan. The therapist did not seem to want to do massage and the sheets were wet from the previous client which was quite unpleasant. Especially for the price paid there are much nicer spas around so we did not go back for any more treatments. I would suggest they set up an indoor spa and make it more of an experience or alternatively remove it from their website.

Pool in our Villa was a little old, but very clean

I loved that it was away from big tourist hotels but only a 10 minute walk to beach The staff were so helpful and lovely The I house restaurant is delicious great Balinese food which can be delivered to your private villa . The masseuse Shanti is amazing ! And it’s also very quiet ?? I feel it’s needs some pressure cleaning and new paint a lot of mould in bathroom and poolside area but that’s my only criticism

We loved the cats The pictures looked really nice online! We were so excited. We arrived and it was run down, moldy, pain peeling, the doors to our villa didn’t lock. We did have our own pool which was a plus. We payed in full before arrival. We took a can of coke out of the mini bar and left 2 days early due to the mold and my asthma flaring up as a result. Still got charged for the can of coke even though they could put someone else in the room we were in and get double what they would have if we stayed.
