friendly helpful staff , outdoor pool, breakfast Hotel management, why did you make the reception staff stand on their feet the entire shift? Is this a 5-star hotel? Why are you torturing young people? It's painful to watch.

Staff were great, breakfast was amazing, location was perfect for what we were there for - overall it was a great stay. The distance of the pool was a hassle to have to walk up to the other part of the hotel to go swimming, the room was good but the shower would flood until we understood we needed to unplug the cover, this was not mentioned, so something to remember next time

Really comfortable staying in this harrishotel. It was my first time staying and sure will be my favourite hotel for my every trip to bali. The breakfast was so nice..and the staff greet everytime we enter the hotel. Good in all. Much recommend ? 10/10

24 hr check in, as my flight was delayed and I arrived at 2am. Very comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and fantastic friendly, helpful staff. The bathroom smelt a bit funny

We loved the hospitality, the buffet breakfast, the pool, the cleaning service and the room is a good size for us and the comfort of the bed and pillows was spot one, overall a great hotel to stay in. There wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel.

First time in Denpasar so not really aware of the location until we got there. More traditional area with not many restaurants around. Staff were very helpful in suggesting where to go to eat and shop and helping us book transport. We had lunch in the cafe and it was very nice. Overall, the best thing was the staff. The rooms need a bit of an update. Smelt a bit damp. Air con in some of our rooms worked well but not in others. They also had no beer or wine at the bar.

The staff, bedroom,lobby, breakfast One towel for each of us. We two in the room and there is one towel for each of us. We stayed 3328 3rd floor and the shower room was clogged and the whole toilet was flooded. We didn't have time to tell the receptionist, because we were too exhausted. The lavatory was clogged too.
