The staff are super friendly and as accommodating as management would allow. The daily cleaning was very much appreciated. The gardens around the pool were lovely and the unit was very clean and a perfect size for 2 people. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the other units. It is in need of an update. It is so far out of the way with no restaurants within walking distance. We actually had a lot of trouble getting Grab food deliveries. The road into the property is very narrow and in terrible shape that we actually had a few drivers refuse to drive down it. Breakfast is included but is very limited in choice which gets boring and we never did get a hot breakfast it was always cold. Although the unit has a kitchen we were told not use the stove except for warming up food, there was no microwave or enough basic utensils to cook anything anyway. This place cannot decide if it is a hotel or an Airbnb. Until they figure that out and fix the road I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was very nice and the place was very cozy, perfect for a secluded stay. The villa was clean and beautiful with the greenery all around the pool. It was a bit further away from everything than I was expecting. The breakfast was fairly poor and the same every morning, it would be lovely and they include variety.

Beautiful, relaxing, and spacious space. The interior decor is very tastefully done. Friendly staff and owner. The location is a bit hidden and the way there is dark at night so it's a bit difficult to navigate even by car. Nearby area is The breakfast menu is limited and takes a long time to prepare even when we pre-ordered the night before.

The interiors and furniture of the room is of high quality. The breakfast was cooked every morning in the reception area. There are 'no' facilities at this accommodation except a common swimming pool in front of the reception. The individual rooms are very crammed next to each other. The location of this village is very secluded and off the the main Sanur tourist drag.

staff are helpful and nice. After I left Bali, Kama Village contacted me that my plan was not included breakfast but they didn’t realize and ask me to transfer money for 28 people to them(our group was 16). I sent screenshots on booking. com which the description included breakfast but Kama village keep emailing me to transfer the money . Even now I search room on booking, the price is with breakfast. I don’t know what is wrong but you’d better make sure if your plan is actually included breakfast.

Stayed for 2 days. Very friendly staff, full time at your disposal. Mr Herman is extremely helpful. Very clean quiet and beautiful place. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Only one small TV in the living room and only 2-3 English speaking channels, and that is news channels

There is no TV in the bedrooms, basically zero English speaking TV channels. Water leak in to our bathroom from the room upstairs, we had workers fixing this all day, which made one of us stay in the room for one entire day!
