Great service and attentive staff. Beautiful grounds, appreciated the gym and the pool and the homey vibe. Could stay a month if it was closer to the things I wanted to do. It's far from everything I personally wanted to do. The shower in my room (#1) literally was a wild thing, spraying water all over the bathroom and there was no way to clear the water except for one small towel. Had to take all things out of bathroom or they'd be soaked. The TP even got wet since the toilet is in the same small room. Seems like a risk if need bathroom in middle of night and slip.

The location is in a narrow alley, no walkable path to the beach, there was a strong smell in the room of phenylephrine so much that I couldn't breathe. The toilet area was open to the elements and had mosquitoes! The excerise facility was not air-conditioned so probably not usable (we didn't bother).

An oasis of calm, beautifully decorated. -

Very classy. Everything about the place added to the comfort, the furniture, the layout, the staff, the artwork, the musical instruments. I didn’t want to leave.

Super friendly host and stuff, very kind and giving. Make exceptions and are curious of their customers. The place was a bit run down and it’s like proper house, so you can hear others from the room next door. But otherwise the rooms were clean and fully stuffed, had everything you needed.

Gardens , and surrounding area was really nice . The property itself self has a nice old Bali feel. Pool was Green and couldn’t swim.

The most amazing place to stay. Sanur is the nicest area in Bali. The staff are amazing. The accommodation is perfect. They have scooters for rental. Pool is beautiful and the food is delicious. Cannot fault this amazing place.

A lovely place to spend the night and wait for my driver to continue on my next leg. A beautiful walled oasis.

Amazing hospitality! Got to meet the owners and they invited me to dinner. They really take care of the property and you can tell it has that personal touch. None, all good.

I expected a luxury room. The name of this place suggests luxury. But the room was substandard. The uncomfortable double bed was two single mattresses together. The shower room and toilet room wer both very small. This seemed more like a maids room. It was far from Sanur. It is falsely advertised. Even the breakfast was below the standard of a cheaper place in Sanur itself.

The pool area is really nice Bathroom was a disaster. Puplic Toilet on the upper floor absolutely discussting.

Cheap and good for a one night stay French-owned and operated. Not in a neighborhood for walking after dark although there is security and a fortified wall around the place. No walking to anything like a market or restaurant. Confuon during check in as I was sent to a 3rd floor apartment that looked nothing like what I booked. No one bothers to read requests from guests. Finally got to correct room. Wrong wifi instructions and another long walk to reception.

The hotel's ambiance is luxurious, warm and inviting leaving one feel more like a personal friend staying over rather than a paying guest. The charming decor throughout adds to the overall experience, along with Dewie and Patrick being the consummate hosts. The quality of food and drinks is exceptional, with every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. It's the small touches that add to the impeccable service - delicious peanuts served with a Bingang or lovely Balinese cake served with an afternoon tea, for example. The garden is next level fabulous and I enjoyed sitting in various spots admiring it, even in downpours. The staff here are absolutely fantastic and foresee what you may need prior to asking. Although this hotel is not within walking distance to too much, a driver is on staff and available to take you where you want to go. In the alternative, there are plenty of Grab taxis in the area. I had booked a room with "private patio" but is actually shared with the room next door. The room itself was great but the bathroom needs some love - water did not drain completely after showers, area around sink rusting.
