Clayton Hotel & Members Club - Cherry Creek, Denver

Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean and well kept.

The level of customer service from all staff (housekeeping, front desk, valet) was excellent. Helped to make my stay so smooth.

Quick 2 day trip and last minute. Couldn’t have picked a better location. Cherry Creek is so cute with a ton of restaurants and bars and coffee shops. All walkable. Tyler at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We took yoga and Liz was awesome inviting us into the class with many member regulars. The pool was clean and the food at the pool was great. The bar downstairs was SO good too. Would go back 10/10.

Clayton was a beautiful place to stay. From the staff at check in to the housekeeping staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. The room temperature control was perfect! Gym amenities were great and clean. Highly recommend. The upstairs restaurant (don’t recall the name) was absolutely delicious. The barista made fantastic drinks and had great recommendations as well.

The location. The staff and the cleaning services. Frankly, our stay was a terrible experience. So much so, that upon check out, I advised the front desk of the several matters that were more than worthy of their attention, and 4 days later, no one has bothered reaching out. Save yourself the frustration and find another hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Will say that the only negative was a lack of insulation from room to hallway. Could hear other guest when talking in the hall. But that only occurred for about an hour at 10 to 11.
