Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Central Park

The room itself was fine. Comfortable, clean, quiet. The breakfast and evening reception were really great, and why we chose this hotel. The evening reception and breakfast staff were truly amazing! However, the front desk staff needs some training. Our room wasn’t ready at 3, and instead of giving us a vague timeline of when it would be ready, the girl got a bad attitude and said “just wait over there for awhile.” When we asked for more pillows and didn’t receive them, we went back an hour later and same front desk lady got a huge attitude and said “they already delivered them to your room.” Spoiler alert; no they didn’t. So we had to go ask again. They also charge $15 a day for parking and you have to figure out how to pay on some app. It says there is a fitness room—I couldn’t find one anywhere, and the sauna was broken.

I loved my stay. I felt like L lived there for the weekend. Room could have been cleaner. But I like the hotel overall. Food was great too.

This hotel has excellent service, not to mention being beautiful. The staff greet you cheerfully every time they pass you. The omelette man in particular is quite amazing. Great experience!

The bar tender made my drink with a bug in it, I went to get a new one, and she (shary) asked. I didn't want extra protein in my drink. Also, I lost my food card, and the staff at the desk tried to charge me $20 for my card when I paid full for the room..

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking separately. The elevators are really slow. But not a deal breaker.

This place is old and pretty beat up. Such a pain to get to elevator with heavy luggage.

We arrived and the room that we reserved was given to someone else so we only had 1 bed and a couch instead of 2 beds and a couch which did not fit our group

Staff was excellent, breakfast was great! Don't forget to pay for parking, this is NOT included in your stay..... There's no option to pay with your reservation either. $15/night.

The best part of my stay was the breakfast. I love the cook-to-order omelets.

Wonderful breakfast with eggs/omelets prepared to order. Nice evening happy hour. Relatively convenient to the airport.
