Stayed for trade show locally with family, pool was nice, and hot tub was full of kids and never got to use. One thing to be aware of is they charge you for parking!! Money grab and not ok!!

I booked with this hotel because of the great reviews. It was stated the parking was free, the staff is great, and by far the breakfast buffet was the best. Booked the hotel and received the confirmation email confirming what was said during my search. Free parking and it stated check in 3 pm and check 1 pm the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, the manager informed me checkout was noon, I was welcome to post an additional 75 for an extra hour. The parking was not free, and the breakfast was only hot if you ordered an omelette, as the eggs/french toast/bacon must have been pre made and sitting out without any warming plates. When I asked the manager about the discrepancies, and showed my confirmation email stating free parking and1 p.m check out time, he said due to me booking through a 3rd party, that’s on the 3rd party for avoiding false information and I should have checked the hotel website for accurate information. To add insult to injury, when I received my receipt at checkout, I was charged an additional 32 for dinner/tip that I never had. When I asked about that the manager questioned me, do you didn’t have dinner? I was completely shocked, after he did an “investigation “ on if I had dinner or not, I was about to get refunded the $32, and hopefully should receive in a couple business days. Very disappointed I didn’t get to have the same great experience so the other guests had in the reviews I read.

Breakfast is amazing! The chef is the fastest!

Room was clean but is pretty dated. No USB ports so be aware. Check in was fast. However, nothing explained about amenities or what/where the room # or floor. Only had one drink from their bar but was told they have a happy hour in a different location. Communication when checking in would have helped to have a better overall experience.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was outstanding! We will most certainly be back for a stay!

I called the Monday before my stay and asked if i could get and early check in, they told me to call day of, fine no problem. I call the morning of they said they would do their best and to call back around 1 pm. I call back at 1 pm, they say they still don't have any double rooms clean but to come to the hotel around 2 and i can enjoy the amenities. I go to the hotel at 2 they say they still don't have any double rooms clean but to check back in 30 minutes. I wait another 30 minutes and go back to the desk, still nothing come back at 3. I come back at 3, FINALLY they tell me they over sold double rooms and i have to have a king. They said they tried to contact me days ago, total lie, but had no explanation for why they didn't tell me on the phone that morning or the THREE OTHER TIMES I WAS AT THE FRONT DESK. Overall horrible, ive never been treated with such indifference and terrible staff. Awful 0 out of 10.

The staff were all accommodating and nice. The breakfast is what makes this hotel the best! Everything you could want is available. The only thing I can complain about is that the hot tub was not working. It was colder than the pool. Yes, it was being worked on but our stay didn't allow the time to wait.

Beautiful place to stay with an excellent free breakfast! Elevators are extremely slow so plan accordingly. Hot tub was blowing freezing cold water the second night we swam. Unable to enjoy it. Ridiculous you have to pay to park in their parking lot! A/C in one of the rooms we rented could not keep up and never got room below 74 degrees. Overall, a good experience, but some things could be corrected.

Excellent breakfast options & nice evening reception time

Easy access. Enough parking I didn’t like that we had to pay $15.00 a night to park.

There was a boys soccer tournament and several families stayed here. I love kids, i have 4 well behaved kiddos, but these 7 to 9 year old boys were outrageously bad and their parents were a bunch of drunks. The kids were unsupervised the entire time. Running and screaming up and down the halls slamming doors. Shouting from one side of the hotel to the other. Playing in the elevators hitting buttons for every floor. Two of the 4 elevators were broken so them hitting all the buttons turned into a 20 minute wait at times. Stairs not an option from the 7th floor. This wasnt during daytime hours. This nonsense was occurring 10pm, 11pm, 12am, 1am, 6am. Complaints to the front desk and security yielded no response. First night there I was sitting at the 1st floor atrium at 11pm with family planning the next day events for a family reunion and these crotch goblins started throwing things at us from the 3rd and 5th floors. No response from anyone at the hotel. Next night after a long day we went for the adult swim only from 10:30pm to 12am. Same group of boys kept running in screaming and throwing things at us and ran outside. We heard them come in the side door and again the running and screaming and door slamming. Security did nothing. I paid a crap ton of money for what I thought was a classy hotel. Turns out it was a dumpster fire. This was Denver not Disney. Will never ever stay here or at any of their other locations.

Front desk staff wasn't very helpful getting us checked. Pool area, sauna and hot tub were disgusting abd staff sat and watches it happen. To be fair there was a sports team there if preteen boys and no one watching them. So food and empty water bottles littered the pool and sauna area. Didnt even get to eat breakfast. Egg line was ridiculous and the wait time was way to long. Only use elevator 1 as the set by the bar takes forever. Tried to call the front desk to ask a question. Put on hold without even a hello. Then was taken off hold and hung up on. All in all extremely disappointed with our stay. Happily checked out the next morning.

How fast they take down breakfast. Coffee specifically.
