The breakfast buffet is the best of any hotel. The rooms were a bit dated but clean. The staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. I will stay at Embassy Suites from now on.

Rooms were clean. There wasnt any water our first night. No one told us until I had tk call and to find out which would have been nice to at least have been told.

Absolutely disappointed in the whole experience the room we had was small not what we picked, it wasn’t sent through so I had to wait 45 min to get checked in, she told me the room was cheaper it was actually more. So i am absolutely disgusted with the services. We had to call for extra things that we never got

Good location, comfortable bed Loud, no fans in the bathroom, so stayed damp and smelled like mildew/bad and toilet smells, air conditioning didnt get very cool, and water went out one night. When I checked out, and was asked how my stay was, I told them disappointing. They didn’t even care to ask why. Just said “have a nice day”

Staff were great. Best hotel breakfast ever. Great location. Need to fix the water issue though. Pressure far too low to shower and the toilet even stopped working due to water. This gets fixed and they are 5 stars.

All the staff were very helpful, happy, respectful, they smiled and greeted every guest that they came in contact with. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. the rooms were stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for an amazing experience with Embassy Suites Downtown Denver we will definitely be staying again.

We love Embassy Suites Hotels , great locations and always clean nice stays. This particular location could use a smart TV upgrade so you can stream your own shows, also there is no fan in the bathroom so showers get super steamy.
