The late night staff could be a lot nicer and more receptive . Also it was a major inconvenience with the parking garbage being full and having to find parking. The room was nice however it wasn’t much of a city view . House keeping was amazing and so were the bartenders and breakfast attendants. Close walking to nightlife and restaurants .

It was ridiculous that they charge $45 parking and I couldn’t park due to parking being full and I had to park blocks away and still pay $45 parking fee I will never stay at that hotel again

Central location, easy walk to Union Station, attractions around Denver, and the free 16th Street shuttle. Good breakfast. Nice lobby with free hot drinks Key card for the lift could be a little difficult to use at times

The room was better equipped than any room I’ve ever had for less than $200/nights. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and I would stay there again.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were also very accommodating and willing to help us out. The hotel itself is also in a really great location and was a massive help getting around downtown.

Clean and neat. Good breakfast. Hard to find and construction in the area.

We were welcomed when we walked in the door by friendly front desk staff. They were helpful in giving us walking directions to where we were meeting a shuttle. Only thing I was slightly disappointed in was how long it took to get hot water in the shower.
