Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown-Convention Center

Upon checkout on 8/18, I let the front desk know that the shower in my room was not working properly. The shower handle only extended part of the way and seemed stuck in place partway. Because of this issue with the shower head, I could not get the hot water to work despite multiple attempts and could not take a shower.

The whole establishment was nice. Also the staff were very nice and helpful.

Great hotel, perfect location, valet parking was awesome but I booked 2 suites for two nights and didn’t get a discount on valet parking which was kinda disappointing.

Suite was a good size and very comfortable.

Central location, exactly what I needed. Breakfast buffet and hotel bar both exceeded expectations.

Really great location and the rooms were spacious with good views. Nice gym and pool area. Breakfast was really plentiful with good choices. The breakfast area gets very busy but the staff deal with this and are so efficient.

The valet is not advertised so that charge caught us off guard... but the valet staff was exceptional ! So kind and quick! Check in staff weren't the most helpful but we figured it out ! Bathroom coulda been cleaner but the rest of the room was good!

The hotel was amazing!! Great fitness room and pool!! Only issue was the $65 for parking!

All the staff was great the only down fall was that the system was down and we were nut able to get our rooms

We had the best time at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. the location was perfect! So close to the free bus on 16th St we could go anywhere! The breakfast buffet offered a full selection and the staff was super attentive.

The parking situation is a disaster. You can't use the valet due to the amount of cars the hotel doesn't park. Cars are left on the street. Park across the street for half the price.
