Cozy room, all I needed. Nice little lobby. The hair dryer didn't get hot, only blew cold air. The hair conditioner bottle didn't work.

They also have this confusing “tassel” instead of a standard card on the door that usually says “privacy”, “clean my room” etc. Apparently the tassel means privacy. It seems the confusion behind the tassel is part of their scheme to skimp on cleaning rooms. Very disappointing and definitely not a luxury experience.

Great customer service

Very rarely would I rate every single staff member I came across as excellent but they were incredible. From when we walked in the valets were they opened the door for us, to the front desk, the restaurants. Even house keeping was very pleasant. Kudos to the Management as well

Nice room. Fun getaway for an evening at the DCPA.

the opposite of nickel and dime, the amenities here were above and beyond. Staff was so accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room, kind and helpful staff. Great location!

The lobby, bar, sitting areas, and restaurant are charming and quaint, with a wonderful feel of a bygone era. We were greeted with a glass of champagne at check-in, which was a lovely touch. Unfortunately, the room did not reflect the same charm. The first thing we noticed was a strong mildew smell. We contacted the front desk and were offered a fan or a room where the AC wasn't working properly. We chose the fan, but it unfortunately just circulated the smell around the room. Several details also felt out of place for a boutique hotel. The 24" TV was quite small by today’s standards and positioned where it was difficult to watch from the bed, so having no TV would have had essentially the same result. The commercial-style toilet with a metal foot flush didn't fit the character of the hotel, and the oddly shaped L-configured shower was difficult to use. The bathroom lighting was so dim that I had to use a hand mirror by the bedroom window to apply makeup. There was no ice bucket, although the staff was happy to bring one. Parking at $67/night was also disappointing after paying a good rate for our stay. The staff, however, was amazing. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Overall, the hotel has so much potential. The common areas have wonderful character, and the staff adds to the experience. Unfortunately, the room fell short. A few thoughtful updates & improvements would go a long way toward making the rooms match the charm of the rest of the hotel.

I was absolutely delighted from the moment I walked in. Starting with a complimentary cocktail at check in, the well-appointed rooms with cozy bedding and plenty of towels, fantastic foodie-satisfying dining in their lobby restaurant The Nickel, a $10 breakfast credit in the morning to use in the other lobby restaurant The Study. Did I mention the cappuccino’s were perfetto? Did I forget to mention the daily complimentary driver which I took full advantage of to get to Coors Field? The only issue here was having to leave. I hope to be back again soon, this place is a GEM!!

Staff is amazing!!! Valet staff is even better! Shower head. It was expressed and should be fixed for future stays.

We enjoyed our stay and will likely return.

L’hôtel était bien situé, tout ce faisait à pied. La propreté était très bien.

We loved our stay! The staff were so friendly and the room was great! I highly recommend this hotel!

What a gorgeous first floor! And the ceilings in my room were amazingly high. The AC does not work optimally, but the wonderful staff brought me a portable ac unit.

Location Plenty. I booked a Superior Queen Room described as having a sitting area and a full bath with airpod dock and deep soaking tub. 2 nights for my daughter who drove 3nhours in the late night from Nebraska only to check in to a room with a little desk, and a plain bathroom, no double vanity as pictured, no airpod dock. and a cockroach creeping out of the sink (hotel informed of this unwanted visitor). Room 211. $635 for 2 nights would have gotten her nicer. I called front desk to inform them my daughter was arriving at the wee hours, and to expect her late. DISAPPOINTED. Good thing Denver was cool. Picture of roach attached and room
