Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver

Great location, staff friendly and helpful rooms were clean, room service was great. The only downfall which you probably cannot escape is parking. Yet this hotel parking is 60$/ night and you cannot come and go once parked.

Clean room and convinant location

I stayed 2 nights and expected someone to make my bed and check on towels after night #1. No one came.

I found mold on top of the rack that housed the shampoo and conditioner dispenser bottles.

Restaurant was fantastic. Staff was great. rooms were clean.

Comfortable bed, but a few issues. The lady who checked us in was borderline rude/unfriendly due to a robotic attitude, like she'd had to do this hundreds of times today and couldn't be bothered. We were woken up at 0500 by a repetitive beeping noise from the room next door - this went on for an hour but was dealt with immediately when I complained. I asked for late check out due to our disrupted sleep. I was told that every room would need to be cleaned at 11:00 check out time due to full capacity. Amazing the hotel has that many housekeepers! At 10:55 there was a knock on the door to ask when we would be leaving We found this offensive as we still had 5 mins. Staff need some lessons in people skills, other than that the hotel is really nice even with a leaking shower.

Comfortable bed and convenient location

My first time at a Hyatt hotel as I usually am a Marriott or Hilton kind of person. Which I should have kept with what I know. Upon check in everything was good, lobby was small and crammed into the restaurant area. But I was pleased with the room and the size plus it had a cozy feel to it. Around 10 pm. I was heading to bed and suddenly I saw these bugs crawling on the pillow. I jumped up so fast and realized they're were about 3 of them. I called front desk, who quickly came upstairs along with maintenance. Realized and saw the bugs themselves and handed me a breakfast voucher and new rooms keys. Also mentioning they would talk to management in the morning to see what other accommodations they could do for me. As its extremely inconvenient to change rooms at 10 pm. Also how gross to have bugs crawling around which their were no windows to open so not sure where they were coming in at. Which makes it even more disgusting! I don't believe they were bed bugs but still gross and so I lost interest in sleeping so I didn't get much of that. Upon morning I mentioned the situation to the front desk who was "shocked" no one told them. I was waiting to see what other accommodations they were going to give. Nothing. They said they had to investigate before doing anything. Horrible customer service. Also contacted their AGM Deacon. No returned call or anything. I will never stay at a Hyatt again. They do not know how to reconcile a situation in a way that would put the guest first.

Location was perfect for us - walking distance for our 3-day stay. Room was great, clean and comfortable. Shower and accessories were great.

Would go back to same hotel

Rooms were clean. The restaurant was expensive and not very tasty. The location of the hotel was easy to get to and easy to navigate around downtown.

Rooms were nice and clean and all staff were very friendly!
