My room was never cleaned during my entire stay. When I reported that the shower was leaking on the first day, I was simply given towels to put on the floor and told that maintenance would be notified. The leak was never repaired before I checked out. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold, cracked tiles, dirty grout, and missing caulking around the countertop. The towels shed fibers everywhere, and the refrigerator barely kept anything cold. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The coffee somehow managed to be both weak and extremely bitter, and the selection consisted mainly of very low-quality pastries and sugary breakfast cereals. The only positive aspect of this hotel was its convenient location. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality.

Morning agent was very kind. Even though busy called a cab and I made my connection

The property looks like it is in the middle of renovation, there is sharpie markers with obscenities covering the elevator, and when we went to check into our room someone was already in it. They would not offer a full refund insisting that they would need to keep the first night, only benefit was they got our stay transferred to their sister property which was way more update and clean.

Our room was so dirty, and blow dryer didn’t work and dead bugs on the wall. I paid 2 nights and only stay 1. I told a staff that there was a couple next door fighting and they didn’t care. I wasted $$. Will never stay there again .

I expected it to be run down but the room three doors down was smoking and it made its way into my room. That's not cool.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and had a nice view of the city, and the breakfast options were simple but decent. I just wished that breakfast went until 10 instead of 9am. I tend to be the queen of booking stays at properties that were probably lit in the 70s, but could use some live today. The elevator looks a little sketchy, but works. There's a big concrete floor area that could have been anything back in the day. I bet if the old fireplace and bar areas were renovated, they'd have a nice lounge. Ultimately, you get what you pay for here. I was very happy to find an affordable option so close to downtown. We stayed for a week and didn't have any major issues, but I'm also easy to please.

Very rude and disrespectful front desk staff

The hotel was disturbing, hallways and elevators were filthy, not in a good area and pictures that hotel.com shows for previews is NOTHING how your stay will be. Trash all in hallways and by elevators. Didn't get any other pictures went to our room and didnt end up staying there, weren't refunded our money.

The property was dirty and just disgusting!!! Room was dirty, boogers on the walls, abandoned crashed vehicles in lot, cars with bullet holes, walls black, beds too small. Waited almost 20 minutes for front desk to get there. Took 10 minutes to get into room keys didn’t work. Pool broken. Then told me no refunds because I refuse to stay in such filth. Sent me to a sister property 10 minutes away. Which was a little better.

Very cool motel! The view of the city is beautiful, it has a vintage vibe, and the area felt safe. There are also some very good restaurants within walking distance. I will say it could use some TLC but the location and view makeup for it. Staff was also kind and helpful.

I think the location is decent for tourism of Denver and the greater area. I like that there is a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room. I like that they do offer a modest breakfast of toast, muffins, cereal, coffee and juice. I arrived around 3:20pm for my check in that was supposed to start at 3pm. I had had my reservation for months, so it was no surprise I was coming. I had to wait until 4:45pm for them to check me into a room, which was not even the style of room I had booked, but at thst point, I would take anything. The room itself was very run down, clean enough, but at some point someone had busted a bottle of red nail polish all over the floor and toilet of the bathroom, so it looked like...unsavory things had happened there.... this is when I will bring up about the bathroom that the shower just didn't work...i didn't find this out until the next morning when I went to go get ready for the day. I ended up just having to bird bath it in the tub. The crowning jewel of my stay was when at around midnight, as I lay in my bed I had someone FULLY OPEN MY DOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, because then had not noted properly that they had given me that room to appease me for my hour and a half check in wait. They had given someone a key to that room because it showed unoccupied in their system, luckily I had the chain on and a chair in front of the door, but this was terrifying!

Cheap and efficient. The staff was amazing and really helpful whenever needed. Given the extremely cheap price it was amazing to appreciate Denver this way. Only 15 mins away from Downtown using Veo e-bikes (~5€, a lot available on the parking of the hotel). Never did the breakfast, but the coffee shop nearby is top tier. Wi-Fi would often drop on computer, this was a bit annoying. Solved it using a VPN, but everybody might not have one. Of course the hotel have other imperfections (noise and overall quality as other comments say), but given the price I could easily ignore them.
