Aug. 17th - When I got to the room after a day of meetings, I wanted to watch TV but remote would not work, there were no batteries in the remote. I texted staff contact number provided and they informed that no one was on site to assist but that they would bring batteries for the remote the next morning. Aug. 18th - I returned to the room in the evening, and discovered the batteries were not delivered. I checked my texts the staff informed that they were not able to make it with the batteries that day but would deliver them the next day. Aug. 19th - I texted the staff number this next morning requesting additional towels when they bring by the batteries. The glass shower is missing the silicone/rubber lip on the door that prevents the water from flooding onto the floor. I had to use the one of the two towels to keep the floors from being a death trap. The staff responded noting that they do not provide additional towels during the stay and was told to use the laundry room. I was only there 3 days, doing laundry for insufficient towel allotment because of a faulty glass shower was not on my agenda. I walked out of the room minutes later from getting this text and a staff member walked by with a kart full of towels so it wasn't that they couldn't provide towels but that they wouldn't. At the end of the day, the batteries were provided but the remote was just fully broken. Crap service the entire stay.

Room was clean but very small. location was ideal. There are no facilities here and no gym nearby (drove 15 minutes to YMCA). There are great restaurants nearby.

This was the most unusual hotel I have ever stayed at. First of all there was no signage for the hotel at all. Then we found that there was NO lobby. Check-in was on line only. You then get an access code for a nondescript door and another for the room door. Parking was on the neighborhood streets with a 3 hour limit from 7:00 A to 10:00 P. The room itself was clean with a kitchenette and two bedrooms. It has the feeling of an apartment building that was converted into a hotel. There were lots of local restaurants which was a plus. Honestly the cleanliness, door security and the local restaurants were the only thing this hotel had going for it. I will not be staying again.

I just loved this place

Incredible neighbourhood! Amazing bars and restaurants in just a short walk. The place was clean and tidy, we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to wine and dine within a five min walk.

An excellent place to stay at. The property was very clean. Tight security to get in and out.

Parking was a nightmare. Very difficult to find parking during business hours. Bathroom sink was backed up.
-
Clean room, kitchen, apartment style, very convenient.

Enjoyed my stay

The AC was broken so the room was 86 degrees. No coffee in the room. Loved the location though.

Beautiful place in an excellent walk around neighborhood of LoHi. Everything was clean and the vibe of the neighborhood was fun and felt safe. Loved having the small washer/dryer combo for our longer stay. The beds were more like full and stiffer more like European style.

Great Location, walkable to restaurants and downtown

TV would not work, no internet connection. I had to use my phone for hotspot. Coffee maker does not work! Tried 3 times and had to clean up 3 messes. Gave up and was going to leave a note, but did not have a pen. Location felt safe and close to everything!

I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency kitchen with full refrigerator and all necessary utensils and dinnerware. The down comforter had someone else’s cheese or something that looked like cheese, so that was an unpleasant sight. Overall a good experience, wish washcloths had been provided, I used a hand towel instead.

The bed is too small, not even a queen.

Location in LoHi is exceptional. Unstable desk.

Easy access & great neighborhood The main area had a bit of a musty ody

Check-in process was awful, they never sent instructions and when I arrived it took over an hour to get someone on the phone and be able to check in. Their call center is very hard to reach and the person that resolved was not really nice.
