Great place!

The staff was fine. They were friendly and helpful. The actual building was awful. The bathroom was is terrible shape. The shower curtain rod was barely held on and had painters tape covering the old screw holes. The toilet seat and cover were yellowed with burn marks on it. There was a large hole in the caulking under the sink so there is essentially a hole in the wall. There was a very interesting sound coming from above. I stayed on the second floor. I’m still unsure of what it is but it sounded like a lawnmower. It would sound about every two or three minutes. Not only was it very loud but it shook the room too. I understand this is not a top tier hotel. I have stayed in a Motel for a few nights and gotten what I’ve paid for but this experience was very eye opening. I had low expectations and it somehow still shocked me at how awful this stay was.

Staff were Terrible at the front desk had my id thrown in my face by the front desk staff after having a booking and being very nice and then was told I’d get a refund which was not done by the hotel and I had to go through Expedia to get it. Overall terrible experience. Also the area wasn’t the safest sketchy people around and the hotel was not as nice as pictured

Nothing. The amount of prostitutes in and out of the hotel was disgusting. My tv did not work, there was mold in my bathroom, the shower fixtures were falling off the wall, hair in my bed, my parents had gum stuck to their headboard, the hot tub did not work. The website said continental breakfast when I booked and when we arrived you had to pay for breakfast. The hotel was very nasty and dirty to stay in and we will not be returning.

not much bad area very unsafe

This is a pretty bad hotel, but with hotels being so expensive, you can do it for a night. Peeling paint, dirty and ripped linens, stained curtains that won't open, musty... The owners just don't seem to care about maintaining it. Nice staff! Not their fault!

Staff was helpful and friendly. I was very concerned about the exposed pipe that had the hole in the ceiling over the bathtub. There seemed to have been an instance where people were smoking a bunch of cigarettes in one of the rooms around us, so our front area of our room stunk of cigarette smoke.

Just wouldnt be a because would recommend to family with kids it's not hat kind of hotel.

The hotel is fine if you're looking for a reasonably priced room close to downtown and places like the stadium and arena. But it's definitely not as nice as it used to be. We started staying there years ago when we hit Denver for concerts. It was our go-to hotel for most venues other than Red Rocks. One of the big draws was an amazingly well-stocked buffet breakfast that was included in the room price. Now it's a paid breakfast and everything is charged ala carte. Also, the hallways just seem dirtier and more run down these days. On the plus side, the room was decent and comfortable and fairly quiet.

We took a week end away from home. It was the right choice. Clean place and friendly staff.
