Reviews

Definitely a great spot to stay if you are attending an event at Ball Arena!
-
Beautiful property, this was a last-minute booking as the first hotel we went to was absolutely disgusting, my only wishes that we could’ve stayed longer as we checked in very late at night and had to leave early in the morning. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. The only issue we had was that I didn’t realize there was no parking available, so we had to park in public parking down the street.
-
My only complaint would be that they only parking is valet
-
We arrived early in day. They were very busy, but handled all effortlessly and smoothly moved everyone through. They held our luggage and called when a room became available. The room was as described, and clean with plenty of space. Would stay here again.
-
Loved the location for college move in!
-
The staff was excellent but there needs to be better parking options. You should not have to pay $55 for valet parking, but that was the only option that I was given.
-
Originally picked this hotel because of the great location. Less than a 10 minute walk to anything you want. Upon arrival noticed it was a very nice hotel and has an excellent breakfast. The touchless water dispenser was a big bonus and it even has sparkling water! Will be definitely staying here again when we are back in town.

The staff was amazing. They were all helpful with recommendations, polite, and professional. The room was clean and spacious.
-
Stayed here just one night for a concert at Coors Field. Was within walking distance. Everything was clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. Valet parking was pricey, but what are you going to do downtown?
-
Shower pressure was terrible.
-
Me and my beautiful wife enjoy the night at the hotel. Everything went great.
-
The rooms were clean and each bed came with three of the flattest pillows known to man. Stacking them didn’t help, rather, folding them in half like a taco was the only way we could sleep comfortably.
-
Breakfast was fine. My only complaint is that we only had one nightstand.
-
When we booked this trip we weren't informed that the hotel required you to use valet parking and charged you $51.00 per night for this service ..
-
Everything was great. Only exception is for non car renters walking to and from hotel is a little difficult due to convergence on highways.
-
Wonderful stay! Will return.
-
Clean room and staff were nice.
-
The property was located perfectly for our stay (event at the Ball Arena). We arrived late and had some options for dinner around the hotel, but we were fine with a selection from the mini deli. Breakfast was fresh, good options and clean. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! We had to catch a very early flight and Cameron made us coffee! So much appreciated.

I loved how convenient it was to the city

I always love my stay at the SpringHill Suites in downtown Denver. The staff is pleasant, rooms are clean, and it smells so good.
