Very helpful front desk, convenient location to light rail.

Super clean room, staff was friendly every time we reached out or went to the desk. Once we got the hang of the parking, it was perfect!!!

The Hotel Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was modern, clean and spacious for two people. The coffee shop onsite was perfect. I plan to stay there again.

The only reason for less than 5 stars is the location, I had picked the hotel expecting to walk right out into the RiNo arty area, bars, restaurants, whereas it is surrounded by an older industrial area. Also parking was on the streets around the hotel, no dedicated parking lot.

The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond.

Receptionist the morning I checked in was extremely helpful and forgiving as I was arriving late due to flight delays. Location is ideal and the price was very affordable. A good place to stay if you're exploring the area or going to the mission ballroom.

We stayed there before and it was familiar. Location is very good. Staff were excellent. The parking, which used to be $7/day jumped to $20.

Third time staying here and never disappointed. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is great too. Joella and rest of the front desk staff were amazing. Newly remodeled rooftop bar is great!! Would be nice if the rooftop bar would open earlier.

The TV was fine but the bed didn't face it so it was weird to have to crane my neck to the side to relax and watch something. Also there were channels like Comedy Central that were just black no matter what. I kind of really wanted to watch South Park in Denver even though that's silly and I was disappointed that I couldn't do that. The parking was a lot like 3 blocks away and apparently they'd had cars get all their tires stolen parked nearby. The parking was included for me so that was nice but their instructions they gave said to park in the reserved spots otherwise you'd get towed and that was the exact opposite. Fortunately we checked with the front desk and they confirmed to park in any unmarked spot and then it was fine. The 2nd to last day before our stay was over we left with the pass like normal but it wouldn't let us leave unless we paid a $12 fee so clearly the person checking us in didn't do that right date range. The assistant manager wouldn't admit fault but did finally tell me he would give me a $10 credit even though it was supposed to be $12. I asked him and he confirmed it would be $12 but then the bill they e-mailed me said $10 on the credit so I had to ask and then they fixed it. Overall it was a decent place and I didn't hate staying there despite the few little annoyances. The neighborhood had lots of things to do and lots of scooters and it was great.

Very nice clean and modern hotel. A good price for the location. Recommended!

Exceptional

The staff was helpful when I asked for coffeemaker (the room is loaded with booze but no coffee maker), and an iron (the room has a really nice steamer.) so I think I’m not the target demographic but it’s a super friendly new clean place.

The rooms were clean and we had a comfortable stay

Staff was excellent. Desk cleark was very helpful and told me how to save $20 on parking by using the street and/or small gravel lot instead of the parking deck. Hotel was in a vibrant part of town but unfortunately we weren't there long enough to explore. Would have been perfect if they had a pool.

Newer hip hotel in a part of town that is also pretty fun.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and not at all what we expected, especially given the price we paid. The first night when we tried to sleep the AC started having issues and noise level was unbearable. It felt like someone had a blender going all night. It was so loud throughout the night that sleeping was nearly impossible. My husband went down at around 11PM to acknowledge the staff but instead of helping just provided earplugs and said sorry there was nothing they could do. However, earplugs were not a solution to the level of noise we experienced. We ended up turning the AC off because it was so loud but woke up nearly 30 minutes later extremely hot. After going down again they reiterated they were unable to help. It wasn't until around 5AM for the 3rd time my husband went down that they put us in the room next door after telling us the place was fully booked. At this point in the morning we have been up all night and couldn't fall back asleep. We decided to change locations for the second day of our stay. We booked this property expecting a comfortable place to rest and spend a birthday/anniversary weekend, but instead spent the night exhausted and frustrated. For the amount charged, we expected much better accommodations and a reasonable night's sleep. What was most disappointing was the lack of resolution afterward. Despite explaining our experience and requesting a refund due to the conditions, our request was denied. We feel that we paid a premium price for an experience that fell far below reasonable expectations. We rarely leave negative reviews, but future guests should be aware that if noise is a concern, this may not be the right place to stay. The refusal to provide any meaningful compensation after such a poor experience only added to our disappointment.
