Nice hotel for the money.

Clean, big, comfy rooms! Check-in was easy! Free parking! Will stay again!

The overall cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but I was very uncomfortable to find traces of the previous guest’s feces on the toilet seat. There were also noticeable greasy marks and stains on the surface of the dresser in the room. It did not seem like the room was cleaned thoroughly, especially in the less noticeable areas and corners. Overall, I think more attention to detail is needed when cleaning the rooms.

Very simple but clean and amenities were enough.

The staff was very welcoming, asking good question and made me feel comfortable with my stay, they were very information and were doing their best to guide me with my vacation plans.

Clean rooms and common spaces with modern, useful features. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom, the plentiful free breakfast, free parking, and comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff and cleanliness of this hotel is always great!

Modern design means no carpet even in the rooms - great for allergies and ease of rolling bags. It also means great lighting for working with a small but very functional desk AND a rolling table that can be used as a desk at the side chair. Excellent wi-fi and port connections throughout room. Very comfortable bedding and great bathroom - no tub and instead a huge shower. The included breakfast was excellent with multiple stations and good hours (goes until 9:30am), but got very crowded around 8:30 as many of the guests including me decided to take advantage of the later timing. The front desk and serving staff are attentive and service oriented.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds. I think the breakfast could have been a bit better.

The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. The cleaning staff does not understand or speak English. We were cleaning the floor ourselves. The flasher in the restroom made such a noise like the toilet is getting ripped off. The fan in the restroom didnt work. The soda machine didnt work. Breakfast was ok. Parking was good.

Excellent location for a downtown Chicago visit. Fresh, modern, clean & friendly hotel close to airport, shops & restaurants. An easy 30 min drive will get you to the Millennium Parking garages - don’t forget to book them for $20/day in advance. You need a car the moment you step out of the front door for dinner or shopping. Unfortunately, it’s not a walkable area at all.

I loved the cleanliness & very good hospitality from staff. The breakfast didn’t have much to choose from. I was on the second floor so it was pretty noisy at night. The pool is freezing cold.
