The manager on staff was very present and pleasant he and his front staff made our trip very accommodating, our group really enjoyed our stay there.The rooms were clean, and nice the beds slept well. We will be staying again on our next trip. The only thing is the pool wasn't ready.

Location & proximity to the beach. Cleanliness- We stayed for three nights and didn’t get our room refreshed one time. Only until we asked the front desk who was so gracious to ask Sarah who was only responsible for check-outs to refresh the room. Luckily she was next door refreshing a check out room when we came back from the beach. Coming back from a long day at the beach and Crab Island you expect a clean room to relax in and refresh for the evening. Also, the pool was down for maintenance during some of the hottest days, so you had no choice but to go to the beach. Jessica at the front desk was nice and very apologetic about our situation and we appreciated it.

I liked the location; the hotel is very nice, the staff very friendly, and the room very lovely. The room’s floor wasn’t clean at all; it’s a light-colored floor, so the lack of cleanliness was obvious—there were plenty of stains and sand. Upon entering the room, I had to sweep it and wipe the entire floor with a small, wet towel just to feel it was actually clean; I have three kids and didn’t want them getting sand all over the bed. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was great! If you asked me if I’d come back, I’d say absolutely!

Room was ok clean, but the shower had sand in it (yes understand “close” to the beach you’ll get sand, but the floor, chair, and couch also had sand on/in it. Def NOT a 9 minute walk to public access beaches, more like a 2-3 minute drive. Staff were incredible though (only reason we rated it 2 stars and not 1)

The lady I had at check in was absolutely amazing! She gave me a variety of options for choices of food nearby and other options for beach access. The room was very clean and bathroom offers Dove products if you for any reason forget your own.

Nice place to stay close to the beach. You can walk for about 10 minutes and you can get into the beach. The room was clean, bed was comfortable.

The staff was wonderful! The hotel was clean and well maintained. The young lady who does the breakfast was friendly and kept the breakfast area well stocked and clean. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.
